If you purchase items at this Will Leather Goods store, do not get them debossed (heated imprint on your leather good). If the operator makes an error, it’s on you the customer to just accept it since once the items are debossed, all sales are final.

I walked in here today and loved it! Got a free latte and had looked at every single items in the store and loved all of them. They are all pretty pricey but have a luxury feel and would make a super great gift for anyone! Just a great quality store!!!

What more can you wish for in a shop named WILL, just like me!!? I love going to this shop for their awesome WILL designs! They have an awesome coffee bar and give amazing pieces of dark chocolate, also named WILL! There are great bags that have amazing slogans like ‘Love Your WILL’! It is a fun, fun shop for all, particularly all of the Will’s out there!

Will is a Eugene, OR based leather goods company that is perfectly at home and welcomed on Abbott Kinney. I purchased the perfect handcrafted belt replete with bench work appropriate for the wrinkly chambray shirt I was wearing. There is a pair of sandals I simply have to have that I’m saving up for. I’d also look pretty rugged with one of their weekender bags and military inspired shaving kits.

The two stars are for the shop only — it’s fine, the customer service is fine. OK, fine.
I wear a belt everyday, I figured I might as well spend money and get a good one. I ended up passing here and eventually spending $ 100 on a belt from WILL. It was fine for the first few months, until it started falling apart. Now, the entire belt is starting to separate and it looks and feels terrible. I need to replace it but the fact I dropped so much hoping to have invested in a nice product is a real disappointment. Originally I liked the way it looked and felt and the shop seemed to have several other nice belts, maybe I would come back and get some other styles. NOT NOW! Maybe I should’ve gone to JCPenney, what the heck… Their demographic must be people who buy things but don’t actually USE them. I still have not replaced the belt and everyday I put it on and think «what a sh*tty belt…» and do not feel very good about my questionable purchase. I’ve posted some pictures of the belt that is falling apart.

How do I begin I’m from New York and I work in Los Angeles every three weeks I frequent abbot Kinney loads when in Venice so in June u came about the store saw this amazing shopper bag with shoulder straps and the color was not in stock so I gave my card to a sales person, noting him that I would be back in thre weeks again to call me and order the bag to the store and u would ore pay blah blah came back July again and August same person different excuse and story. The lack of customer service and knowledge it’s just outrageous. And we are talking $ 499 don’t u want my business who ever WILL is take notice u Los my interest and future purchase for ever. This is ridiculous poor service and just rude.

Will Leather is an awesome shop. I experienced great customer service, was offered coffee or water. I was just visiting the area and asked where to go… the associate wrote up instructions for me. He really went above and beyond!

This is a beautiful store. Full of high quality leather goods. A variety of different colors and fabrics, everyone is bound to find something they like in this Abbot Kinney gem. The employees are professional and knowledge about the product and are happy to chat about the merchandise or anything else for that matter. Complimentary coffee and tea is a definite plus and adds to the casual homey-​ness of the place. Dog friendly (lots of great, high quality dog accessories for sale) like most places on Abbot Kinney. Will guarantees its products for life — CLASSY!

The two stars are for the kind service and overall pleasant experience purchasing product. Unfortunately the product was a major disappointment. The buckle on my belt didn’t even last two weeks and failed. Was assured it has never happened before and had it replaced. Failed again in about the same amount if time.
I don’t mind paying more for quality, but this is clearly not worth the time or money. I was reluctant to have it replaced as I could see the hardware was poorly put together, but I was assured it was a best seller and it has never failed before.
I have never had a belt buckle break on the least expensive of belts. Lifetime guarantee doesn’t mean a whole lot if you are wasting time every other week getting it sorted out.

Love their products. Love the store. Love the philosophy behind the company. Love the workmanship. Love the materials they use. Love the design.

It pains me to write this review for such a wonderful store with great product. However, I have been in this store 3x in 3 days and got a valid experience.
Saturday-​Walked into store looking for a gift. Gentlemen was SO helpful and so attentive. He walked me through his opinion, what the opinion of the receiver might think and was very helpful. He tried on a number of belts and it was a busy Saturday and never was flustered or pushy.
Sunday– Came back into the store with the person I wanted to buy it for. He remembered me and was very personal with the information I gave him from the day before. He listened and helped us find the best match.
Monday– Ohhh Monday. This is where it turns sour. Another gentlemen Franky (Im bummed it
wasnt the guy from Saturday or Sunday) was helping me. I came back into the store to get it monogrammed. Well I did– AND it came out crooked. I was so heartbroken that I just spent ALOT of money on an item that now had an imperfect monogrammed. The gentlemen did not care his work was careless and flawed and saw my frustration. I was very polite and there was not apology or consoling of this error. It was a wedding gift and now my gift is monogrammed imperfectly after a lot of effort and work I put forth. Bummer.

Anyways…I just wanted to give 5 stars to the service at Will. My friend and I were visiting Abbot Kinney for the first time. We were making a day adventure out of the street. We stepped into Will and was immediately asked if we wanted some coffee. Thinking I was going to get just brewed coffee I said «Yes» and the girl that worked there said «What kind?» Short story shorter, she made me a latte! For FREE. Abbot Kinney is so fancy!
The leather and quality are beautiful. The girls working there were very knowledgable about the company, the leather, the store location, etc.
I’ve seen Will Leather Goods in plenty of shops but I have my eye on a few pieces for traveling. Might be awhile until I make my first purchase… but I will definitely buy it there.

For window-​shoppers and billionaires, this place will please. Will Leather Goods has come a long way, from an online-​only store a couple years ago that you would only stumble upon via trendy newsies like Thrillist, to a glamorous patch of real estate on Abbot Kinney, complete with made-​to-​order local espresso while you browse. How fancy is that?
Though I couldn’t fathom heading to the register with any of their wares, I am definitely enamored with their quality and design. Come and touch some of the softest leather you’ll ever fondle, in the form of mini coin purses, belts, bags, and other enviable accessories. I especially liked the soft cotton tee with leather pocket, aka The $ 80 T-​shirt.
Worth a stop if you can handle the temptation, or if you have have a sugar daddy/​mama who’s a fan of cow hide & espresso.

Some beautiful things in this store and the smell as you walk in is in incredible.
Always found the staff to be helpful and friendly.
My only complaint would be that most of the goods are made overseas, unlike other Portland-​based companies (including leather competitor Tanner Goods) which tend to make them all in Oregon. I don’t mind paying the inflated prices so much if the product has been hand crafted in the US.

I was window shopping in Venice Beach and came across a fantastic leather goods store called Wills Leather Goods.
The store has a great line of leather bags, wallets, coin purses, etc. Top quality leather items.
Josh and Phillip are very knowledgable about the products.
Definitely returning again, when I’m in Venice Beach.

I love the smell of beautiful, handcrafted leather bags.
Especially when said bags have gorgeous antique clasps/​findings and they include repurposed «found» materials such as antique postal canvas bags that held mail in its former life. I had the pleasure of speaking to Bill Adler, the man behind the brand, and he explained how the leathers used to make their bags can be anywhere from 30 – 100 years old, so with a little bit of elbow grease and TLC, they replenish the leather back to life. It’s the kind of appearance and craftsmanship that is impossible to be found from a mass produced, run of the mill, cookie cutter bag.
Each bag is a piece of wearable art at surprisingly reasonable prices. You’ll fall in love with something special here, and if you really want to «wow» that special someone in your life, get them a gift from here for guaranteed results.
The store is their flagship brick & mortar; it’s equally as beautiful and so appropriate as a showcase for the goods inside; I was told it was a 100 year old building that they cleaned up and used a lot of recycled/​reclaimed materials for the design. I love that it’s a family ran operation and that they proudly share the story of their humble beginnings. way back when Bill used to sell leather belts in a small stall in Venice Beach. to which brings them to where they are today. Passion makes things possible!
So, I walked out with my own Will creation. a burgundy hued leather clutch with an antique postal box lock refashioned into an intricate and lovely clasp. What can I say? My adoration for unique finds just couldn’t resist.
