Bart’s Shoe Repair

If you’ve been staring at those pair (s) of heels saying you’re going to get them fixed, well now is the time and I have the perfect place where you can go!
Like you, I searched on Unilocal for the closest shoe repair nearby; then I reviewed the top 3 with the most stars/​reviews. I then called the different locations to obtain repair prices. After 2 places didn’t answer, Kei from Bart’s Repair answered and was very pleasant on the phone. Minutes after speaking with Kei, I drove over so that she can give me a true estimate for my Steve Madden velvet thigh high boots and stilettos.
The total estimate for both pairs came out to $ 26 ($ 11 for the stiletto heels, $ 15 for the wedge heel boot). I paid and dropped them off on a Tuesday. She said they were going to be ready Friday, but I just went in today to pick them up.
I couldn’t believe what I saw when I picked up my shoes. I really wish I took a «before» picture because these babies were messed up! They obtained a ton of dancing mileage and I seriously contemplated on throwing them away because they were really, really worn down so worn down that the metal of the heel was visible.
Both pairs look brand new and I couldn’t be happier! I’m so glad I didn’t throw these babies away, since they are truly unique pieces from Steve Madden (–Madden shoes are not cheap!)

They do awesome repair work and have a quick turnaround!

The shopping center may seem a little sketch, but don’t worry– it’s a small ma n’ pop shop… whom I completely TRUST.

they fixed my purse zipper! i did not even know it was possible! dropped off on Wednesday and picked up friday.
