It’s a fast food chain, you can’t expect five-star service quality from fast food chain. However I’m always pleasantly surprised with this location. It always seems to be clean and I’ve always received good service and never had any issues with the food. The little man likes the location and likes the food here, so win win.

Service and quality of food has been shot out lately… totally bummed. first they took my order wrong then, when I went back to exchange the burger, which by the way looked like it had been made, remade and then remade again, was then placed back on places back on their hot hold. They handed me my order with the correct burger in less than 30 seconds(ew)…and that burger taste just as bad as the first! So gross!

I like Carl’s Jr a bit more than some of the other fast food outlets. I get bogo coupons in the mail so it makes the price very reasonable as Carl’s tends to be a bit more pricey than other fast food. The quality is a bit better. It’s conveniently located off Victoria next to Trader Joes. The parking can be a bit of s challenge especially when Trader Joes is busy like at dinner time and weekends so I usually just try to drive through.

Where to start, I come here at least once a month because it is near my home and convenient, or at least should be. Often the inside lobby area is closed with doors Locked far before closing hours, and if you chose to go through the drive thru, this establishment has found out how to take the fast out of «fast food». Like others have mentioned the speaker is shot out and is next to impossible to hear. Now to the service inside, the main guy Marvin who is always working is super hard to understand and not quite sure if his language would classify as English or Spanish. One plus about this place is it is clean inside where you eat, and Carl’s jr. Food is always good quality and taste, so as a last resort, stop by and suffer with good tasting food that pushes most of the negative away in the end.

I love there breakfast! I come here because it’s the closest Carl’s Jr. I was sitting there for lunch and this worker comes and is cleaning the dining area keeps coming and bugging me asking me if I wanted a bag, I just sat down! He continued to ask me every five minuets and said by the way have I ever told you, you were pretty I said thanks. I don’t want to come in anymore because he just follows me around in there bugging and I feel really uncomfortable! Not only that I went through the drive thru another day a Hispanic lady was working the drive thru and when I was ordering she kept repeating and messing up my order! It took me about 15 mins to order a Charbroiled chicken club with no mayo! She was rude and when I pulled up the food was handed to me and I reached in to grab a fry, guess what I got instead a fry covered in spit! You could see the saliva on it and I knew she spit in it! I didn’t even want to eat my burger plus there was mayo! If I could give them no stars I would!

I went to Carl’s Jr. Today and I waited for over 10 Minutes for a simple to-go order. As I waited I saw people go through the drive thru getting the exact same thing, a western bacon cheeseburger and a famous star, whiz by. I understand they have to help the people at the drive thru but what about the guests inside? It was immensely frustrating when I saw the 3rd person go with the same order I had gotten. Please work on helping the people inside. Otherwise the food I brought home was a hit.

If you’re coming here for fast food then keep on driving. Im not sure if they’re understaffed or just slow. Every time I come here there is at least 1 – 2 drive thru cars waiting in front of the building. I assume that this is so their slow service isn’t reported higher up, since most drive thru’s have a timer for how long a car waits. Inside isn’t any different. I can order a simple cheeseburger and wait 10 minutes for it easily. They almost never have someone waiting to take your order. Expect to wait a few minutes to be recognized. 10⁄10 would not recommend. Fat burger is across the street and jack in the box is south, simply go there for a better burger and faster service.

Jayson was very incompetent he got the order wrong and when he asked for help the manager on duty would not assist he asked a different coworker to fix the order and they still could not get it right. Then when i went to get the drinks one of the workers was not paying attention to his surroundings and almost knocked me over. They all need training in customer service. The worker who bought the food was really nice. A manager should not correct an employee in front of customers. Fix the problem for the guest and talk to the employee in private.

Well, i went through the drive through. They had me pull up front to wait. It took over ten minutes to get a chicken club, which was all I ordered. It was soggy and dripping to the point that the bread felt like a wet sponge, the lettuce was brown, and the bag was covered in grease.

Located in midtown Ventura. It’s reasonable prices for a decent burger. Close enough for lunch from the government center and most jobs up and down Victoria. Service is ok.

Drive through only, we ordered a TON of food $ 30+ from green burrito we wanted a FEAST. Drive through attendant had us park and timely brought us out the food and gave us all the sauces we needed/asked for. attention to detail is hard to find In this industry, thanks again. much better than the carls on Johnson drive!

Drive-thru only review. Passed through the drive thru a couple nights ago with the parentals, we were too tired to cook. I’m a vegetarian and my parents don’t eat red meat. We are really happy that carls offers a wide range of chicken burgers and a fish sandwich. I’m pretty much set with a large fries(I’m a fry-natic) but I was feeling extra hungry that night so I tried to make one of their signature burgers veggie friendly like I normally do when I pass through carls in Irvine. Then the server told me they have a 99 cent meatless burger(a number 1 without a beef patty, cheese is 30 cents extra)! I was shocked(and happy) since I was never presented with this deal before. The irvine location totally jipped me! The attendant here was friendly, well spoken and so helpful! Thank you!

Is it just me or does this Carl’s Jr serve the worse food and have horrible service? They never, ever have salt on their fries and never offer ketchup. When you ask for some, the worker sighs heavily and sashays across to get the condiment with such grandiose flair you’d think she’s on her summer break from a traveling Broadway crew. Then for a dramatic conclusion to this two-thumbs down performance, tosses the little bags of tomato goodness at you– just hoping at least a few will land in your hand. Who cares about the ones that fall to the ground? Survival of the fittest, I suppose. But all of this only happens after you possibly place your order(drive thru). One time I ordered the number 6. The lady(not understanding English, and me not really understanding her English) kept asking me what I wanted…“You want a hamburger?” «You want the chicken sandwich?» NO. I want the number 6. «What? You want the six-dollar burger.» NO, goddammit! I had to revert to the Spanish I could remember from high school. I said, «Yo quiero(yes, I was tempted to say Taco Bell) numero seis.» She said, «Que?» Well, I speak white-girl Spanish, so no wonder she couldn’t understand me. So, now I was on the verge of yelling, «Number six… seis…the number that comes after cinco and before siete.» I raised the white flag. Just give me a famous star. This was definitely a twisted rendition of Dude, Where’s My Car–«And then…» scene. Every single time I try to order at the drive-thru, I have to repeat my order at least 4 times. I guess I could go inside, but then that defeats the purpose of my laziness. If I was going to go somewhere to get out of my car, I’d go somewhere that doesn’t have a drive thru. Duh!
