I have been to this store twice. If I am in the area for business I make a quick stop in to see what’s available. I found a ridiculously comfy UGG robe for my daughter that was only $ 15! Obviously there are a ton of shoes there and with a little bit of digging you can find pretty amazing deals in be bargain bins. Otherwise there’s a bunch of boxed shows for men, women, and kids. If you’re lucky you’ll be there when they’re clearance’ing clothing!

Can’t review a place that I can’t even find out when they’re open. Phone system is useless; press 1 for hours of operation, it sends you to voicemail. Press 3 to speak to someone, it leaves you on hold, then sends you to voicemail. Hours not fouND on website listed on Unilocal.Called corporate office in Goleta, got to leave… a voicemail begging someone to call me with hours of operation so I don’t have to waste time driving over there and they wind up not being open…

Amazing place, GREAT prices! The workers were great, very helpful. I am sure they get all kinds of people being mean and pushy, about half the people in there were very demanding and treated the workers poorly.

So fun to try on different Ugg boots. Jon our salesman was very attentive. My husband wears a size 12 and Jon made sure he saw every shoe in his size! Great job Jon!

This place kicks ass! Just like most outlet stores, you have to have the time and right mindset to look for the good stuff, but you can find some really great deals. And when I went (they were very busy) the associates were all friendly and polite. So glad I checked them out and will add them on to my list of regular places to stop when bargain shopping in the area.

I walked in the store and no one acknowledged me, asked if they could help, or anything else. They stood behind the counter talking Spanish amongst themselves and laughing. I walked out and won’t go back.

Store was clean and organized, but the staff was not interested in their customers at all. My daughter and I walked around the store for five minutes and out of the three employees there, no one acknowledged us at all. We left.

I came here to buy 5 pairs of UGG boots for family members for Christmas…
Well I gave this place 1 star because it’s nice but the employee’s are lazy here they don’t help at all… if you ask them for a shoes size they just told me I have to look for it and if it’s not there than they don’t have it… and one guy was even falling asleep in back of the regester…
