I can not say enough good things about these people. Tony is the epitome of what someone in this industry should be; hospitable, flexible, knowledgeable and just all in all a great person. First time I used his service was a spur of the moment night on the town, honestly, I needed the car two hours from when I first called, movies and dinner to celebrate a graduation. Tony was an amazing driver and I can not speak enough good about him or the company. I was so impressed by the cleanliness and the service, the urge for adventure sprang again and he was the first call I made. This time I handed everything to him, I gave him a budget and he put together an amazing package including a a bmw 750i and extraordinary box tickets for Lady Gaga and Tony Bennet at the Hollywood Bowl. Mike, our driver was personable and knew how to balance conversation with my guest for the evening and myself, and letting us have our own private moments. He even made a great dinner stop reccomendation that wasn’t on the original agenda but both mike and tony were accommodating and extremely fair in pricing the unscheduled stop. I will continue to make them my go to and highly reccomend them to anybody in need of a driver or tickets.

Took a recent trip to Santa Barbara, Carpenteria and back to Ventura. Great service, great time… The car was great, the bar was well complimented.
The driver was always there ahead of schedule waiting for us… Tony was awesome!

Tony went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly! From reserving a limo to the pickup and drop off, everything was ideal. The cost was very reasonable and he was very easy to reach when I changed the pickup location. Now that I know and trust his service I don’t need to look anywhere else.

I booked a limo for my wife and her friends to goto brunch in West Hollywood for her birthday. I made appointment thru Tony. This was the 5^th limo company I called to get a quote. Tony was the most personable and first one to offer me a flat rate. I told him pickup in Ventura @ 10am and probably return around 5pm. He said, «no problem». I chose to spend a little extra and go with the black Cadillac. He said that limo would be freshly painted by then and will look real sharp. He said I would get a confirmation about the details. I did and a few days before the date, I confirmed the pickup location. It was then they told me the limo couldn’t get into the paint shop but is still real nice. My wife got picked up to go meet the group and head to Brunch. She called me around 2pm and said that the driver (Tony) said they need to leave because they need to get back in time to clean limo for the evening. She handed the phone to Tony and we discussed what we had talked about. He said «no problem». I looked at the confirmation email and noted there was no «arrival time» and no confirmation on the price… They got home around 4:45pm and that’s when I saw the limo for the first time. It was in rough shape on the exterior. My wife told me the partition would not go up, so it was a little awkward that they didn’t really have privacy. I learned to have, in writing, the entire itinerary. With that being said, I would book with them again (as long as it has a new paint job and the partition is functioning).

i couldn’t say enough great things about this company and tony. i have had airport services, and he was there for us in a split second for a 21^st birthday celebration! he was so patient with our arrangements for my girlfriends 50^th birthday celebration as well :)!!!

These guys are very good. I’m one of those types who can typically only communicate via email because I’m usually on a conference call or in a meeting. I also knew that I had a little bit of time to schedule a limousine, so I could do so asynchronously.

Holly, our driver, was very professional, courteous, personable, and friendly. We hired the service to take us from Pierpont to Le Chên on Sierra Hwy. The ride was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed dinner, texted Holly, and she was waiting for us by the time we walked out of the restaurant.

When we started planning our wedding in a canyon in Ojai, CA, we knew that we would need to include a shuttle service in our budget as part of a requirement from our venue. It seemed easy enough, so we placed a deposit on our venue and put «shuttles» somewhere towards the bottom of our priority list.
One month before the wedding, I remembered that little detail about the shuttle requirement and started calling the limo service companies that the venue had provided us with. It shouldn’t have taken me more than 15 minutes: I needed 1 or 2 cars to take our guests back down the mountain and to their respective hotels. What could be so hard about that?
«I’m sorry ma’am, but we no longer service that area since our limos came back damaged.» What? Since when? Fine, then another company: «Ojai is out of our service area, so we’re going to have to charge you a $ 100 travel fee in addition to our regular fees.» Turns out it wasn’t as easy as I’d planned. I called a total of 6 or so limo companies who were either out of our price range or outright refused to provide service due to the mountainous (albeit, paved) terrain.
Then I got in contact with Tony. «Sure! We’re very familiar with Ojai.» Those were the most beautiful words I’d heard the entire week. In fact, they became my favorite words among all the vendor’s I’d contacted. Other vendors were charging me their standard per vehicle/​per hour rates which threw us over budget since we needed to get about 16 people transported to different locations in a span of 2 hours. Tony broke it down quick and easy– No extra fees. No complaining about mountain roads. I told him exactly what I needed, he gave me a solution and custom price to go with it.
I only wish I would have contacted Tony first. I made sure to request for the venue to add him to the vendors list to save future brides some headaches. So brides (and eager grooms), if you’re planning your wedding in Ojai or the Ventura area, make sure you contact Tony and scratch «transportation» off your to-​do list so you can move on to the next task, after all, that seating chart isn’t going to color-​code itself.

I have you used Tony from Getting Out Limousine Service for years. they are always on time, friendly and driving a spotless limo.
I have used them for concerts, airport runs and just a night out. They make you feel special and like family.

I have used this limo service several times in the past. From going wine tasting, airport transportation, and concerts. Tony is very helpful on which spots to go to for wine tasting (both local and Santa Ynez), and will help set your group up with great locations to visit. Decided to try this company based on the Unilocal reviews and was glad I did. Their price was lower than the normal LAX rate but only because they do not automatically add the tip. I like having the choice but based on the great service they end up getting the right tip anyway.
Tony was the driver for both bookings for my parents when they arrived and when they left. The thing that makes the difference is the communication. I received constant text updates from Tony when he was waiting for them to arrive. He let me know about Customs wait times and then confirmed when he had them in the car. For the return journey he let me know when he was 10 minutes from my house and then later confirmed when he had dropped them off at LAX.
Most limo companies run around the same rate for airport runs (ones that are cheaper are generally cheaper for a reason!) so the customer service is the biggest way to make a difference. Tony certainly provided that and I woudl definitely use him again.

I have only had wonderful experience when I use this wonderful company. They are always professional and immaculate. That is why they are the only limo service I use and refer to my family and friends. Even though there are many other Limo companies they are unable to provide service. That is why, they rock!

I have used them a bunch of times now for Airport runs as well as going to Concerts and never once had a single issue with them.
I have been in the Suv’s as well as their stretch limos and they are always spotless and stocked well.
Tony is classic, the most friendly driver I have always had. Going to the Airport I almost want to ride up front with him becasue he is so funny. Its like taking a drive with an old friend. He is also extremley professional as well, almost like a «Limo Butler» he is there when you want or need something but also just lets you sit back and enjoy the ride with the divider up or down.
They have always been between 10 to 25 minutes early to pick me up, and always waiting for me when I get outside.
I just booked my first wine tour with them, and I promise you their prices BLOW away the competition. Talking to Tony on the phone he told me all about the wineries they go to, and he is well connected with each one. He promised my group an amazing time and after I go I will write about it, but so far every time I have used them I have had a great time.

We hired this limo service with Tony as driver to take us from Oxnard to the wine tasting places in Santa Inez Valley of his choice. Wow there were six of us and we had a wonderful day and we all loved Tony. We would use him again readily!

It doesn’t get any better than Getting Out Limousine, so don’t waste your time or money with any other limo service. Tony is are the best, period.

We had a great experience with Getting Out Limos. We used them for my husband’s 50^th to go to the Canyon Club.
I called several Limo services to get quotes, not only did Tony beat the best price by a mile, he was also the most charming person i talked to that day. The service was anything but cut-​rate. They were courteous, accommodating, and really went out of their way to be sure the evening was special. he was prompt, always returned calls quickly, all around professional. He surprised us with a bottle of killer red wine from Magnavino Cellars. This is one of our favorite wines and he had no way of knowing that. One of our group was running quite a bit late. Tony was so nice about it and even called the Canyon Club to smooth it out for us.
We will absolutely use him again, probably for a wine tour in the near future. If you ever are thinking of treating your self to a Limo, use these guys, you won’t be sorry.

I LOVE Getting Out Limo’s. Last Saturday my girlfriends and I took a trip for my best friends 30^th. It was so fuun!!! Oh my gosh, Tony, our driver and the owtner, took us everywhere. We all met up in Sherman Oaks at 8:00 am on Saturday and drove up to Santa Barbara for a wine tour. We ate and drank at the most delicious wineries and that night he took us to our hotel in Santa Barbara. First thing Sunday he took us to the spa where we all got facials, massages, and mani/ped’s. Tony can totally keep his own with the ladies, let me tell you. After our day at the spa he took us all back to our hotel for our bags and we drove to a delicious restaurant in Ojai. Then he dropped us all back off in Sherman Oaks. It was unforgettable. And also, a cool thing, he is quite the connoisseur of wines!
