Used to have black widows and rats all around the yard, but thanks to the fine folks at Green’s, especially Brian and Jose, we just had a great outdoor weekend and the only pests around drove home in their own cars!

Brian and his team has always taken care of my business and personal home. They are quick to respond and professional and curt would. Green’s is not a money hungry business trying to seek you services or products not needed.

Green’s is phenomenal! As a painting contractor I see a lot of termite and pest control company’s, and most are OK… Green’s is excellent!!! More detailed, more thorough, better service, all for the exact same price (that you would pay for OK service). Brian and his team are great to work with!

I hired greens to work on an ant problem at my parents house. We had tried everything and we were ready for a pro to fix the problem. After first treatment I seem to notice more ants at first. Brian from Greens said this is normal but that it would improve. Few days later I was only seeing a few ants. Then another week and they were gone. I think I’ll upgrade to every other month service soon cause I know those ants will return and its a lot better than being my parents personal ant killer every time I come to town.

I do not recommend this company for pest control.
Customer service is horrible. My messages were ignored, and calls were never returned in a timely fashion (I would call back after a week had passed to leave another message). Not once was my call answered personally.
In addition, instructions on how to prepare for the service were inconsistent and/​or not given whatsoever. When a gentleman arrived for the first treatment, I was scrambling to rearrange kitchen cabinets at the very last minute because no one told me to do so ahead of time. Also, the amount of time we were to stay away from the property changed depending on who the info was coming from. This did not make me feel confident in when I should allow my two young children back into the house.
Also, expectations were never communicated to me in term of when and what type of results I would see. When I contacted the office, concerned that I still had ants, I was told «It takes a while. Like a week.»
Needless to say, Our residential property was treated twice for ants. The company offers a 30 day guarantee so when the first treatment had ZERO effect on the problem, we requested a re-​treatment. Sadly, it is now clear that the second treatment did not solve the problem either. While I could request ANOTHER re-​treatment at no charge, I would rather pay a new company to get the job done right.
I plan on reporting back to my property manager in this experience, so as to prevent the use of the company with other properties.
