In general the results Mark Hancock accomplished deserve 5 stars and more.
My situation was complicated. After advanced cancer (stage 4+) and a bone marrow transplant, I physically recovered, but was unable to keep programming.
Mark researched my policy and told me I was covered for the ability to work in my own profession.
1. I wanted to give up early on and settle for a much smaller amount and he convinced me to stick with it.
2. By paying hourly rather than on contingency, based on his advice, I saved myself a lot of money from future proceeds. Most lawyers take these cases on contingency.
If there was a way to give 4.5 stars I would do that since I did experience some heavy stress during the process. Having recently recovered from cancer, the process is very stressful to begin with as I had to focus on my mental limitations rather than on the miracle of being alive and physically well. There were many moments where I felt I was asked to delve into details of my illness that were stressful but not relevant and sometimes I did not receive the clarity I needed about limit on expenditures.
What would have made the process much better for me was to establish upfront a financial plan and be better aware of what was relevant and what was less relevant about my medical condition.

6 stars — this is the bottom line and it was much better than I expected.
