Established in 2009.

Established in 2009 by Diana Castro, Legacy Lending finally opened its doors in 2010 in Ventura, CA as an FHA approved lender/​broker. Over the years we have grown and evolved, and now offer a wide array of wholesale and direct lending services; offering hundreds of products for various loan types including: Private Investors, FHA, VA and Conventional. Becoming a one-​stop shop for our clients’ convenience has been essential to our many years of success.

We continue to evolve as our clients’ needs progress. Our company is a recognized and a respected brand in our market. Our mortgage consultants represent clients with a high degree of professionalism as trained experts in the market.

Diana Castro is the Principal Broker/​Owner of Legacy Lending, an independent mortgage firm located in Ventura, CA. She specializes in tax and mortgage planning for individuals, small/​medium sized businesses, real estate professionals and investors. For over 20 years, Diana has provided tax, mortgage and business consulting services worldwide to individuals, small business and large corporations. She has led seminars and educational workshops on various topics including: Improving Organization Performance, Behavior-​Based Strategies, The Basics to Home Buying, Women and Investing, Wealth Management, Quadrant Living, Short-​Sales, Buying REO properties, Credit Improvement, as well as, Local and Federal Grant Programs for Homebuyers.

Additionally, Diana Castro is the Founder and President of Legacy Tax Services, a Tax Preparation and Tax Planning Firm, as located in Ventura, CA. Diana is an IRS approved Enrolled Agent and is currently working on completing a Master’s of Science in Taxation.

After going to multiple lending officers and was always told that I needed a down payment to purchase a home I lost hope until I was refer to Diana Castro. Diana was able to work with us and give us different options based on our financial status to be able to qualify for a mortgage loan. Being a first time home buyer I was nervous and had lots of questions but with Diana’s help and patience I was able to purchase my first home. I highly recommend her, she is there to help you and guide you through the whole process.

I had 2 transactions with Diana, first was purchasing a home securing it with my VA LOAN and the Second was Refinancing my VA LOAN.
