I have to admit I’ve never felt more insignificant when it came to inquiring about making a home purchase. I contacted Liz who stated she would set me up with a MLS automated email to view homes in my price range, but she never did so.
I waited a few days and called her back only to hear that she had got caught up with work and assured me that she would do so after we hung up. The entire time she spoke to me I could hear in her tone that she was not motivated to help me find a home… The small answers, the lack of information, and the fact that she said she wasn’t sure if she could meet with at the agreed appointed date and time; which had me flabbergasted. Isn’t that what appointments are for? She stated she might have an open house. I kept thinking of the quote, «your actions are so loud I can’t hear what you’re saying.»
Till this day I’ve never heard back from her or received the MLS account via email. It’s been 4 weeks. I’ve since moved on, and I’m working with another realtor who pre-​approved me, and set me up with an MLS account. I can’t thank my realtor Joe for the professionalism and courtesy of responding to my calls and messages in such a prompt manner. Stay away from Liz. Don’t let the pay back commission be an incentive for you to be treated like a peasant. Stay away!

Liz truly is as good as it gets, actually BETTER. She is EXCELLENT. We had the pleasure of working with her when we purchased our first home. She was amazing. Trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable. Again, EXCELLENT. Buying a home, especially for a first timer, can be a daunting experience, but not with Liz. She knows her stuff and made the process– from home search, to home purchase– painless.
