From Susan at the front desk to the dental techs on up to Dr Schimtt, you are treated like family here. The ambiance is casual, warm, friendly and professional.
Over the years, as dental emergencies pop up (why do caps fall off or a tooth break the day before a vacation?!?) Dr. Schmitt has always been there for me. He even opened the office after hours so he could do a temporary repair and prevent me missing my flight! And if he thinks you can avoid dental work he tells you so. My son moved to Seattle and still misses that «you might need some work later, we’ll keep an eye on it» attitude.
And I always enjoy watching the display screen going through the slide show of Dr. Schmitt’s own travels while I’m in the chair.

He is the friendliest, most accommodating dentist I have ever had, and that is saying a lot since I have had dozens. Unfortunately he does not accept new patients unless referred by an existing client.
I recently broke a molar, he got me into a colleague for a root canal the next day, and he got my crown in three days early. The suffering was over much sooner than a previous root canal/​crown process at another dentist office.
He is very empathic and has pleasant dental hygienists. I actually go in every 6 months instead of stretching it out to once a year.
