Do not try to get a manicure/​pedicure from the groupon she has available. She wasn’t courteous enough to give her name, she does not want to honor the groupon. She said she made a bad business decision because she only gets paid ½ the groupon amount paid. She will honor it if you are willing to wait 2 or3 weeks for the service. She advised me to cancel the groupon and get my money back and she would see me in 5 days, that is when she would be available. She was very defensive and rude, I couldn’t imagine getting any service from her. I have complained to groupon and am getting a refund but they were very unhappy to hear about my experience. The experience was disturbing and SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Buyer beware!

I used my for groupon for a shellac mani and a regular pedi. Liz was so welcoming and very kind. She did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time and I never once felt like she was in a rush. Her space is adorable and relaxing! It is very private unlike other nail salons. I am going to recommend her to everyone I know. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Loved the experience. I had a groupon for the mani-​pedi, but only wanted a pedicure. Wonderful treatment. Clean, clean, clean! This is not one of your hurry up salons. It’s relaxing atmosphere with a tech who absolutely knows what she’s doing. No owies from a less than gentle cuticle attack.
I wish she did what my stylist did and charge groupon prices for returning customers. I’d gladly spend $ 30 for a pedicure and she wouldn’t have to split the cost with the discounters.

Horrible customer service. She is booked months in advance and doesn’t reply to texts messages. She is just plain rude. I would rather watch grass grow then wait for her to be available to me. There are plenty of other good manicurists out there and I don’t have to wait 4 months to get an appt. I will not recommend her to anyone.
UPDATE: She said she reported me to groupon because I shared my opinion. So be careful with YOUR OPINION!

What a great experience! This is not your average nail salon. This is a real spa experience with a true professional. My nails look and feel fantastic, I felt pampered and had great conversation. Clean, relaxing environment, good selection of traditional and shellac (gel) polishes and she takes her time to do a wonderful job. I’ll definitely be back. Well worth every penny!

Visited Liz today as a first time customer. I did a pedicure and shellac manicure, purchased on Groupon. It was a wonderful experience! Quiet, serene, pleasant little salon — loved the atmosphere. Lis was super friendly and easy to talk to. She did a wonderful job on my nails.
I had hoped for a specific look/​design, and it wasn’t something she offerred. However, I love the classy manicure that I ended up with and my barbie pink toes are perfection! I look forward to returning!!!
My only suggestion would be to add a beverage option. The place feels like a high end salon… ice water, coffee, or (my favorite idea) a glass of wine would have been the icing on the cake today.

Liz is amazing. Her space is very elegant and relaxing. This is not your typical nail salon! Her salon is clean and is aimed for one on one pampering! Love Liz and the work she does!

I had a groupon offer and went in to see Liz. The space she’s in is very nice. Liz was friendly and did a great job on my mani/​pedi. I will go back for sure.

Liz is extremely unprofessional, had I read the reviews I would have never gone it to learn the hard way. I made an appointment two weeks in advance, she said she would confirm the day before and she did text me the day before to confirm. I showed up to my 10am appointment, 5 minutes early to be told she overbooked her regular for the same time and said it would be 30 minutes for me or I can go back the next day (because I would drive out 30 minutes again for that, dream on). I was upset, but I cooled off and waited. She had a private room in this other salon, I had to text her if she was almost done because it had been 40 minutes. It took her an hour and a half to finish her client, in which I was still waiting. She text me, wouldn’t even come to the waiting room to tell me herself I could come again tomorrow, I went into her little room and told her she was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional to do this to someone. Based on other reviews, this isn’t her first incident like this. If I were you, I wouldn’t give her the chance to spoil your day. She is careless and rude.

Went to see Liz for the first time today for a mani/​pedi. I was greeted with a warm smile as soon as I walked in and led into the cozy nail room. Liz was very warm, friendly and attentive. Her selection of colors was great and of course being the indecisive person that I am I was having trouble choosing. Liz was so sweet in helping pick out a color I would be happy with.
Liz took her time and did a stellar job. I was able to relax in peace & quiet. My toes and nails look great. I will definitely return. I would suggest to those interested in booking an appointment to do so asap as she books up quickly. She is well worth the wait.

I purchased a Groupon and used it this past weekend. I met with Liz who took excellent care of me. She was more than accomodating with my schedule and provided excellent service. My fingers and toes look great! Liz is warm and energetic.

Just as the other reviews state, she is never available. I had been trying to reach out to her for a couple of months and when I finally did get through she said she would be book me for 8 weeks later and that if I cancel I would be forfeiting my groupon. She said I should call groupon and get a refund if I don’t want to book her.
I don’t understand why the business is still offering the deal on groupon if she says she has been swamped with fulfilling the deals. Groupon was very helpful though and gave me a refund.

I was looking forward to finding a new Nail Tech but I couldn’t get an appointment booked almost 2 months out (late SEPT). It seems that I am not the only person who has shared this experience. I understand that she is booked up but she really should stop the offer she has on Groupon if she is the only Nail Tech available. I am sorry for Marion S. and what happened to her! It was better to find out that Liz wasn’t going to be able to accommodate me now rather then later!
I AM GETTING A REFUND AS PER THE NAIL TECH HERSELF!

Don’t bother with this business. I tried to schedule in APRIL for an appointment in MAY (my daughter’s wedding). NOT available. Finally got an appointment AFTER the wedding; then she cancelled on me the day before. I don’t care how nice she is; this is bad business.
She is so unavailable and then cancelled my appointment that I waited two months for (to use a Groupon) and is unable to schedule me at a time I can make. She should not have advertised on Groupon to expand a business that she obviously cannot handle.

After some discussion with her, she refused to see me at all. Thank goodness, Groupon intervened so that I was not totally out my money.
