Spoiled Rotten Events

We have had Spoiled Rotten come twice this year. Once for a birthday party for my 11 year old and then again for a small graduation party. The girls all loved everything. Getting nails done is always a huge hit and each girl got something to match their personality and loved it. Both times we did something a little different and both times the girls had a great time. If you have a young girl having party, I promise this will be a hit. Plus it is very affordable compared to many other themed parties and considering what you get.

Spoiled Rotten Events did a fantastic job of spoiling my 9 year old and her BFs for her Spa Birthday party! Everything was perfect! The girls had so much fun being pampered with facials and manicures! The 2 ladies that showed up were extremely professional and did a great job of creating a relaxing and fun party for my daughter! I would have them host another party in a heartbeat! My daughter can not stop talking about how much she loved her 9^th Birthday! I’ve had the pleasure of having Melissa come to my home to do a massage before and it was the best thing ever! Great job ladies!

I highly recommend for your daughters birthday party or graduation gift or a fun girls event. They do an excellent job. The ladies are all so nice and are great nail artists. The girls get the whole bit: soaking, massage, polishing, nail design, all while listening to their favorite tunes.
Also an easy party because they do everything for you!!! I will definitely use them again

Melissa and her staff created a spectacular party for my daughter’s 8^th birthday. We went all out and did mani/​pedis, facials, massages, hair, makeup, the whole nine yards. Everything went seamlessly. The kids had a blast and Melissa and her staff made it amazing — from the professional set-​up, down to the little finishing touches — age-​appropriate magazines for the girls to read in the «waiting area» (read living room) in their spa robes, cucumbers for their eyes… They have this down to a science! The girls felt so grown up and pampered. All of our guests kept saying it was the best party ever! And it was! Thank you!

The mani/​pedi birthday party for my 4 year old and her girlfriends was a huge success! We were so pleased with Melissa — from the time of booking to set up the day of the party. Everything was perfect and the girls were thrilled. We will definitely be recommending Spoiled Rotten and using them again.

My daughter is 10 and had the spa facial/​mani party. she LOVED it! Her friends also loved it! They brought fun girl magazines while they waited and played kid appropriate music and it was all a great experience. They did a great job with the facials and manicures and were very patient with the girls as they took their time to decide on which design. They set up and cleaned up so quickly, my husband and I didn’t have to lift a finger and just got to watch and enjoy how cute it all was. Highly recommend them!

Had my daughter’s 4^th birthday last Sunday in a Cinderella theme, and we hired Spoiled Rotten Events to be the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in our home. We had the happiest little princesses ever! They had their hair, makeup, and nails done beautifully by Melissa and her crew. They finished off with a red carpet runway as each princess was announced, as they waved and curtsied. It was fabulous! They are still talking about it days later. Highly, highly recommend when you want that wow factor for your little princess.

My daughter had such a fun birthday with a party from Spoiled Rotten Events. The girls were pampered and had a memorable morning party. I didn’t need to do much but sit back and enjoy while the girls received messages, facials, manicures and pedicures. A waiting area was set up with magazines and fun music played in the background with a karaōke machine. i had an extra girl show up who didn’t RSVP and she was easily included without any hiccups. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s 12^th birthday so much fun and easy for me!

We just had my daughters 8^th birthday and had a wonderful time. Melissa and her crew were courteous and professional and had a lot of patience with the girls. The stations that they brought for the facials, mani and pedis were clean and comfy and decorated to our party colors. My only suggestion is for Melissa to more clearly define the arrival time vs the suggested party start time. Our contract was for a 2 – 2.5 party starting at 11am therefore I told my guests to arrive at 11. The crew didn’t arrive until 10:55 and so they were still setting up when my guests were arriving. I had expected them to arrive at 10:30ish. Complete misunderstanding that could have been avoided with more communication or clarification in the contract. The first 15 mins were a bit chaotic but overall did not detract from the party experience at all. We are getting tons of compliments that it was the best birthday party ever. Thanks Melissa for everything!

I would highly recommend Melissa and her staff! My daughter said that she had the best party ever and my oldest daughter told Melissa that we were going to book Spoiled Rotten Events for her birthday party in a few months. Melissa and her staff were on time, professional and well prepared. Once they arrived I felt that the girls were in good hands. We will definitely book another party with Spoiled Rotten Events in the future.

Excellent Service!!! Everything about Spoiled Rotten Events was Perfect!!! I highly recommend. On time, they cleaned up, made sure my daughter and friends were happy. They made my job so easy. 100% Awesome!!!

My daughter and her friends had the most fun! The body scrub station was a hit! The girls had a blast creating their own scrub and then stirring it with a peppermint stick — so creative! The facials and massages were relaxing and totally enjoyable! The manicures and pedicures were the BEST! The girls are truly artists! We were amazed at the designs on 10 year old fingers and toes! Such a fun party for 10 year olds! My daughter will never forget her 10^th birthday!

Melissa was a pleasure to work with throughout the booking process. The three women who hosted our party (Melissa, Corissa, and Jasmine) were unspeakably wonderful. We had 11 middle school aged girls present and they all adored every single aspect from the karaōke to the nails/​facials. The robes and magazines are a really special touch. The group was on time and worked efficiently to get all of the girls done in time. I’m extremely impressed and will be a long-​time customer. Thank you to all involved in our party!

Melissa and her team were AMAZING! They kept my daughter’s friends fully entertained for her 8^th Birthday Party! And they all got fantastic manicures and pedicures! It was so much fun to watch them sing with the karaōke machine. The all looked incredible in their robes selecting out the fun nail colors and patterns. I love that Melissa matches her décor to your theme as well, that was very important to me. The girls loved their goodie bags, would an amazing touch. As a mom and an event planner, I plan to hire Melissa and her crew again. They were top notch a true pleasure to work with!

Melissa & her crew of stylists did an amazing job for my daughter’s 7^th birthday party! They were on time, set up everything beautifully & were able to do the hair and makeup for a dozen girls, taking just enough time to make each girl feel special, but not so long that they got bored. They brought music, dresses, props & age appropriate magazines. Only criticism I heard from the girls was the dresses were too big, so we had to pull out our own dress up clothes. Hopefully Melissa will invest in some more dress up clothes in smaller sizes. Party favors were cute, but not very practical for a 7 year old. OveralI I was very happy with them & would highly recommend them.

Melissa & her crew of stylists & massage therapists arrived on time & all smiles for my friend’s daughters birthday party that I booked. They were extremely thorough about what the girls wanted & were also very fun & kept the girls laughing! Highly recommend and takes the pressure off the mothers for keeping the girls happy about party ideas!

Just recently attended a party with spoiled rotten events. Not impressed with work. I believe her name was melissa. She although has a great idea for a party theme she rushed at the end not caring how child looked and had to leave so quickly. Maybe to many parties booked in one day? Bad scheduling? Who knows! Unfortunetly I would not suggest her to any of my family or friends. Nothing spectacular and definitly not worth the money. Somethings missing, maybe if she talked or laughed or cracked a smile. Kind of odd. More entertainment from a bouncy house.

I recently attended a party with this company being the entertainment. The day started great! They had a list for the girls to sign up to get their services done, the girls were able to try on dresses and choose one they liked while they waited their turn… The karaōke was a huge hit and the girls really enjoyed that… There were crafts I thought were cute they told the girls they would help them hot glue the shapes and beads to the headbands after they were done with hair and make up. I thought the hair was great for most girls I was however disappointed when one mom asked for no curling iron all that was done to the girls hair (granted she has hair to her bum) was a ponytail with a braid wrapped around the ponytail holder… As a hair stylist myself I know you can do soooo much more than that without a curling iron, as was demonstrated on the next girl with long hair that was done into an amazing bun with twists and it looked amazing. All was going great and then the woman doing hair was on the phone and suddenly it turned j to a rush to get out– my daughter said she told them to take the dresses off quickly and then said a couple minutes later «change of plans you guys have to take a group picture» and then I heard the woman come down the hall of the home and say «can you moms please help these girls are not listening to me.» And when I turned to go help with the girls, the girls were following down the hall right behind her. While I was very impressed with the service at the beginning of the party, the end of the party turned sour for me. I was ready to boon for my daughters party and then the two ladies started running around collecting their things and at one point one ran so quickly to the front door it startled me, I thought there was a random person running to the front door– they drove so quickly down the driveway I was glad no one was ready to leave. As a professional I would suggest a little better time management as I understand multiple parties booked on the same day– I don’t know the details but as a guest my 7 year old and I felt very rushed at the end and I felt it was an abrupt end– this may just be my experience but I wanted to share so others can ask about timing– I think this is a great idea and you have something here but the timing can ruin it.

By far the worst company to host any type of party for children. Not only did they show up late, they left 30 minutes early. Never introduced themselves nor said good bye but maybe that was because they literally ran out the door in hurry for their next event. Talk about horrible time management. As soon as they got a phone call heard by us mothers about her next event, all hell broke lose, while having 2 girls hair to do (which they finished in a hurry) they immediately told all girls to remove dresses cause they need to go and literally ran down hall to tell them, then had nerve to come and tell the moms «can you tell your kids we have to go cause they are not listening» even though we still had them for 30 minutes, of course we wanted to take photos of the girls and a group shot and as we gathered the girls, melissas employee told one of the girls she needed to take dress off and literally made this child cry. These are well behaved 8 year olds and even if they werent, no child deserves to be embarrassed or told anything in a non polite way when this child was doing as her mother told her. This led to the little girl going home early in tears and missing group photo and picture with birthday girl. We were so rushed to hurry and try to get a photo and strip girls down as melissa ran around as if there was a fire. We got the girls literally undressed and cleaned up in just a few minutes so she can leave early to her next party. Showing up late and leaving early is so unprofessional. Besides that mess lets talk about hair and makeup! She never once smiled or had any interaction with girls. Hair was basic and could of done so much more besides rough hands. As for makeup, well kids were expecting to be glammed up but no offense my 8yr old does better makeup. The basic elf 100 eyeshadow pallet was used and wore off within a few minutes. Not even long enough for pics. You would think better products being used for the amount they charge. Very unhappy and will not reccommend to anyone. I dont understand being in a buisness with children how you can not even crack a smile or interract. She looked miserable the whole time. Just some advice from working customer service for many years and around large groups of kids daily, manners and time managment is very important, never make a child cry, smiling is a plus and if you want more buisness then you need to step it up a notch and take some customer service skills classes. Your in the wrong buisness! Attitude like that you need to be far away from children and their celebrations. The host of the party deserves her money back and that poor child deserves an apology at the least. Any professional in a buisness want to keep their customers happy and by far she has lost many customers! No excuse for her actions.
(Update) As owner of your buisness you should own up to your mistakes. You are extremley unprofessional as it shows in your responses. Yes you were late but of course im sure you will deny that. After reading reviews on Unilocal it looks like thats pretty common for you and u have an excuse each time! (Lost, traffic etc.) As the letter shows from your client, u still made a child cry and show no remorse as you state in your sarcastic comment of not giving movie tickets to a sad child. This child was not sad the party was ending, she was upset by the way your employee talked to her. She was the only child that left early because of that. Your client handled it very well by writing you! You may have not upset ALL the children as some are oblivious to whats really happening but you have upset quit a few moms. Moms who will never give you their buisness and sure spread the word. I personally will never reccommend you to be near any childs event. People should def. Look further into Unilocal reviews to see that this isnt the only party u were late to or rushed out of. Its pretty common for you. Along with all the other reviews that were taken down. Seems like ur not making a lot of people happy. Great idea for a buisness but definitly not for you. Stop trying to justify and have an excuse and own up to your mistakes. You failed to make a client happy as well as many other clients in the past. You upset quit a few mothers, made a child cry and denying accusations that you know were true. Atleast you didnt deny the cheap use of makeup, lousy hair do’s, no interraction, no smiling and as for photos, thats expected at every party, whats the point of dressing up and not taking photos. Since when do people not take photos during a party? It was within the time frame that u were hired so what difference does it make. Please stop having an excuse for running such a poorly business. You have a great idea and theme for it but you definitly need some coaching.

I don’t have any little ones so I don’t use their party service however, I DO USE their in-​home massage service. There aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe how grateful I am for their therapists, and professionalism. Best massages I’ve ever had and to be able to have them in the comfort of my own home is perfection! GREAT prices, too! THANK YOU, SRE!

My daughter had the best birthday party done by Spoiled Rotten Events! They got there on time, the equipment was clean and most of the girls were friendly and handled 10 year old girls with ease! Thank you for a great party! We have recommended you to friends!

I have 2 daughters and ive used spoiled rotten events for 2 parties and since then ive also had a few massages from then. Overall my experience is 5 stars for both! I have used other party companies in the past (my two girls are 12 and 14 now) and this was hands down the easiest and smoothest company to deal with, and my kids want them back soon. And now for the massage, ive only had one or two massages before them and i am always skeptical but this was the best massage ever and the technician was super cool and nice.

I had Spoiled Rotten Events host a birthday party at my house yesterday for ten 6 year old girls. They were fantastic! Melissa was a joy to work with both before the party and during the party. The «hosts» (which were Melissa and two other ladies) were very professional and made all the girls feel special. We had a custom package with facials, massages and manicures. The girls read fun magazines while they waited and loved the spa robes and wearing the cucumbers over their eyes after their facials. They ran things very smoothly and efficient. As the mother… I had very litte to do and it was a non stress party (which is hard to say when you are having ten 6 year olds over)! I would hire Melissa again in a heartbeat. The girls are still talking today about how great the party was.

I bought a little girl’s spa party for 6 through an on-​line special.
Melissa Brown contacted me right away and we discussed all of the options, as well as the cost and logistics to add extra girls. We worked together to put a nice party plan together. She and a helper showed up on time. She brought everything… even tables. Cupcakes/​toppings/​nail polish/​makeup/​hair styling products (all the girls got to keep their own combs, which was great)/“prom” type dresses and many accessories. Although she had lots of other parties to go to, she never rushed the girls. She and her co-​worker were friendly, professional, moved everyone along naturally and she suggested the post glamour fashion show and photo shoot (which created lasting memories for my photo album). Note: Melissa was extremely conscientious when working with hair. All girls received their own comb… no hair items where shared! The girls had an AMAZING TIME! Their hair and make up looked so good and the dresses were beautiful. We had such a great experience that I bought a party for my god-​daughter in Camarillo.
I would highly recommend this for girly-​girls ages approx. 6 – 11. Just supply the food !! Melissa is a wonderful party coordinator… Fun!
