T N S Auto Refinishing

Well I was looking for a local bodyshop to see if I was going to need a whole new unit for the outside passenger side mirror because I hit a wall in the garage this weekend and the plate that holds the mirror on came off so it was just dangling by the electrical wires. I had a ton of duct tape on it trying to hold it together — so I came to Unilocal (in fear I might add) to find a body shop and pray, as a female I wouldn’t get taken advantage of but I saw T N S and Scotty has nothing but ALL five stars so I gave him a call and explained. He was set to leave in 30 for the day but told me to come on over — 10 minutes away. He took his thumb and just pushed the right side of the plate on the mirror and it popped back in! I was dumbstruck! It’s only a screw that broke so he said to come by tomorrow and he’ll put a couple of screws on it. But I was able to drive it home as is today without the duct tape. Not only did he do that but he took some bottle of solution he had and cleaned all the sticky from the duct tape off my windows AND removed a few scrapes from the side of the garage wall, not dents but white scrapes along a green car. I tried to pay him but he refused. I mean who DOES that!!! He was friendly and since I spent my entire working career in a customer service environment I can tell you he is an honest man! I almost feel like breaking something now so I can go back and have him work on it — and I’ll spend time at the VFW hall across the street while he fixes stuff! :D I got his card and I can tell you just from my quick visit that he should be your go to guy! Im not normally a Unilocaler, but I just feel the need to let everyone know when there is someone out there worthy of our support! Over the years I have always only wished I could find someone I truly trusted with any of my cars. I have finally found that person! Scott N. is the owner and he is the NICEST and most honest person I have ever dealt with. To top it off, he has done the most amazing jaw dropping work on my car. My car was totaled, and he brought it back from the dead. I am just in shock at how amazingly beautiful my car looks. He has taken his time to do everything right and even suggested things to make my cool car even cooler. I didn’t think it could be done. HE has gone above and beyond my expectations. I will only recommend Scott and TNS AUTO to everyone I know. Thank you so much Scott. You are truly a blessing in disguise and definitelythe King of all auto! I plan on telling EVERYONE I know about you!!! :)

Scott did an amazing job on my Ford Edge. He repainted the bumper which came out looking like new. The paint blended perfectly. He also had someone come to his shop to pop out the dings. It was so nice being able to take care of everything in one stop. It was a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

I brought in my ’07 Metallic green Prius to repair a large dent across both driver side doors. Scott’s price quote was extremely reasonable and the quality of his work was perfect. It looked brand new when he was done! But what really earned my 5-​star review is the personal care and responsibility Scott demonstrated when I lost my keys.
See what happened was, I foolishly drove off the lot thinking my electronic keys were in the car, not realizing they were left «on» the car. When I got to my destination, realizing my keys were missing on the road somewhere, I called Scott and he immediately began searching the roads with me. We couldn’t find it, but he went out again the next day, on his own, and miraculously found the key a mile away from his shop near a gutter. This is true dedication to his clients!
You can tell Scott has a passion for his craft, it’s no surprise he’s been in business for over 25 years. It’s great when you find someone in the automotive industry you can trust.

Needed a saddlebag painted for my harley. My uncle recommended TNS. Scott is a great guy, set great expectations, kept me well informed, kept his word on when it would be finished, and did a great job on the color matching (Chopper Blue). Scott has earned my business and recommendation.

Scott is an amazing guy! I called a few other places and he was the most friendly, and best price by a lot. Scott followed up with me every step of the way.
I had wanted to get the top of my Tundra roof painted black and go for a different look. Scott and I planned out accordingly and I gave him the truck on a Tuesday and had it back on Weds afternoon– sweet!
I would receive texts from Scott, letting me know how it was going and pictures confirming status.
I am beyond happy and stoked on my truck and can’t recommend anyone better than Scott.

My experience at the shop was excellent. The owner was very polite and gave me a fair estimate on a bumper that I needed repainted as well as some dents that I wanted to be taken care of. The end product was far beyond my expectations and my car looks brand new. The work done was highly professional and finished in a very timely manner. Scott loves what he does and does amazing work! My car was side swiped while parked but you would never know after the great work Scott did on my car. Only took about 4 days and he kept me updated with pictures along the way. Highly recommended!

Scott did a fantastic job wih my car. My 2011 BMW was rearended so I took my car to TNS. The adjustor from AAA wanted to give me an after market bumper.- Scott made sure I was getting a new bumper and not after market. I was so happy about that. He did an amazing job with my car, and contacted me throughout the entire process to let me know the status of my vehicle. He was honest which was very important to me. The paint also matched perfectly. To top it all off, he waxed my car, and cleaned the insire, and gave me the left over wax!!! Scott is a great guy.

Hands down the best shop in town. Cured my «boating story» that wound up in the back of my Chevy Tahoe. Service done the old fashioned way. Honest, hard working, no sales gimmick and an amazing finished product.

My 11-​year-​old small pickup truck is for sale. I bought it new and drove it not too much over the years. But our garage is packed with possessions and not cars. So my poor truck has been getting a bit sad-​looking and dingy parked on the street all this time. I’ve known Scott at TNS for years and figured the job of buffing and fixing up the exterior of my little truck was beneath his fine level of expertise – Scott is masterful and does a miraculous job – this is well known. But would he want to work on my tiny little job? He said, «Bring it on by and and I’ll make it look good as new.» Well, he was not kidding. The before-​and-​after pictures are extreme! But Scott and his staff not only take care of cars, they also take care of you – they are friendly, professional, and get the job done – all while making the experience fun. My humble truck now has an attitude – it thinks it’s a show-​car! I am convinced I will likely get several thousand dollars more when I sell my truck just for the very reasonable if not cheap price I paid for the buffing. I keep looking at my truck thinking, why didn’t I get this done years ago? It’s sweet to drive a shiny, good-​looking vehicle. Anyway, the new owners will be lucky and I have Scott and his staff to thank for a fantastic extreme makeover that will make money too.

Scott helped me replace a piece of molding on my Subaru Outback. Great work, very friendly and accomodating.

My wife’s car was hit in a parking lot, and miraculously, the other driver left a note and her phone number. After agreeing to get some estimates, I settled on TNS because Scott seemed very proactive about doing the job, and he actually gave me the lowest estimate. My wife dropped the car off Wednesday, and Scott was texting me pictures of the finished bumper by late Thursday! It looked really nice in the pics, and even better in person when I picked it up Friday afternoon. It looks absolutely brand new, and the color matches the rest of the car perfectly. Hopefully I won’t be in need of auto body work any time soon, but if I ever am, I know where I’ll be going… TNS auto body is the best in town, period! Thanks Scott!

I had just purchased a show quality 55′ Chevy 3100 pick-​up truck, and before I even had one day with it the mechanism that locks the passenger door became inoperable. That combined with a drivers-​side door that was loose and sounded like a mariachi band was giving me a serious case of buyers remorse. I looked up TNS on Unilocal and was drawn to the fact that they have worked on classic and specialty cars. The owner (Scott) personally greeted me, and gave me his full attention. He was sensitive to the fact that I was a bit afraid to park it where it could get dinged, so he moved it to a spot with no other cars around. I left to have breakfast and lo and behold in 20 minutes he called to inform me that he had analyzed and fixed BOTH problems and could pick it up. He told me it was a simple «tweak» and explained, in detail, how he adjusted and remedied the problem. When I asked how much that I owed him, he said NOTHING!!! Even when I just offered to buy him lunch he politely declined and just told me to just recommend him — well here I am doing so and with gusto! This kind of old-​school service is long gone but alive and well at TNS. Needless to say I will be going back to Scott when my next problem rears it’s ugly head.

I called in for an estimate on some body damage, the owner said he was in the shop so I drove over. he saw me pull up and met me outside. He gave me an estimate in a timely manner and was very courteous. I would recommend this body shop to anyone of my friends or family

TNS Auto Body has excellent customer service. They were extremely friendly, fast, & eager to help us with our dented bumper. I called 10 different shops trying to get same day service & TNS was the only one that could fix our bumper within an hour of calling them. 5 stars!!!

TNS Auto Body Refinishing did a great job on my car. I was rear-​ended in an accident this Thanksgiving and the owner, Scott, helped me through the entire repair process. After the insurance company under-​quoted the repair cost, Scott was able to help make the corrections to ensure my car was repaired properly. TNS Auto Body Refinishing also ensured that I had a rental car as a replacement. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Scott even personally stayed after hours several times to accomodate me. I highly recommend TNS!
