Great, awesome and amazing customer service. It was a bit slow when we were there which was good because we asked 101 questions. I think we know more about coffee/​espresso now than we did before walking in. Our visit was a couple months back but it still holds strong in my memory. The owner was there when we were and we said good-​bye with hugs by the time we left. We both loved our drinks… Stronger than my usual Starbucks drink. I will be back, soon… hopefully. Thanks for the amazing visit.

Super friendly staff! Cute ambiance! Cute jewelry pieces on sale. DELICIOUS coffee! Love this place. Got the tatialicious almond blended drink and it is delicious. Not too sweet but just sweet enough!

Came here with the family while we waited for our appointment next door for our nails. The owners are super nice and friendly. They made us feel at home. My mocha latte with cinnamon was really good. The pastries were good. No one had anything bad to say about their drinks. I look forward to coming back when traveling to Ventura.

Wonderful little café! Owners were very nice and checked to make sure we enjoyed our drinks, which were delicious. The food was great too… empañada WITH an olive inside, authentic :)

The Skinny: Great breakfast and coffee with warm customer service makes this a stellar place to come back to!
Environment: Tatiana’s is a smaller coffee shop that is very accessible on a main road. Usually, there’s ample parking on the street right in front of Tatiana so it’s very easy to park and come in. If you want to stay around for a bit, there are some comfortable seats to lounge at as well.
Food/​Coffee: Always great with their coffee and empenadas! The coffee here is always hot and fresh. The food that I always order here are the chicken empenadas and the beef empenadas. They come out of the over warm and delicious! I wish I could eat more but you know… calories.
Service: Tatiana’s staff are the nicest and warmest individuals I’ve seen in a small business. They always remember who you are and greet you by your name with a genuine smile, asking you how your day is and following up on what they remember you by. It’s nice to come back to a place that doesn’t treat you like another number (ahem, bigger chain coffee shops).

I support small businesses because they work really hard, but Tatiana’s goes above and beyond that. Check them out and I guarantee that you would just love to come back to them for their drinks and service!

Meh… I felt like I had to try this place when I went home bc of all the great reviews but it was only ok. The owner was very nice but I’m not sure the coffee or the baked goods are anything to run home about. The cappuccino I had was decent.

The staff is so very friendly, the espresso (I had the vanilla latte) was incredibly tasty and strong. Will def be back when I’m in the Ventura area again. A must go!

Great local coffee shop! Must try if you are in the area. Owners are super sweet and cater to your palette. Wasn’t sure what to order, but after they asked what my preferences are, they created the most perfect iced latte I’ve ever had! Must support our local hard working businesses!

If you need caffeine, take a shot of Tatiana’s high energy, warm greetings first, and you may only need a single shot of espresso. From the moment you walk into the warm, art laden, inviting interior, you feel like a regular.
When I showed her I was indeed the Unilocal Duchess of Tatiana’s, she gave me a high five and crowned me a Queen. My iced tea was just the way I wanted it, and we had fun perusing the display of Hopi jewelry displayed in the front window. There is parking off Main St. on the side of the building. A pleasant place to stop for coffee or tea, but you have to look for it.

Don’t know what I would do without this place! 2 doors from my salon & amazing quality… Plus she always tells me I’m beautiful so… How do you beat that?!

This place is great! The coffee, baked goods and customer service is top knotch. Even if you do not quite know what you want, the owner or her husband are more than happy to offer their advice to get you that perfect drink.
Like many have said before, this is a very welcoming place that is also unpretentious. Give this local spot a shot and you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful coffee shop, too bold to say it should be the prime coffee venue for Ventura? Not at all.
I found this place because of the stellar Unilocal reviews, and I was not let down.
The owner was running the register, extremely nice and conversational man. Introduced me to his wonderful wife and fellow employee. Such a kind-​hearted bunch, felt like I was fully welcomed into their home.
He recommended his favorite drink after noticing my struggle to decide, and I went for it. Eggnog Latte Cappuccino. DELICIOUS. the eggnog was subtle, perfect for me.
Talked me into an empanada, although how could I resist? Man, those are good puppies, especially with the side sauces they give you!

If you don’t feel at home at Tatiana’s then you never experienced home… She is such a wonderful loving person who welcomes and treats everyone with a big smile and loving words … Diego — her husband is more the quiet type but just as open and friendly as Tatiana …
For me … it’s the extension of my living room…
You can sit there, work, read … or just enjoy what is going on around you … and sometimes before you know it … two hours went by …

A perfect size for a neighborhood coffee and café. Reminds me of Intellegencia back in Los Angeles. Imported a Sticky Bund from down the street.

If there was ever a business that deserved praise and reward it would be Tatiana’s.
This quaint eclectic little shop exudes a colorful & friendly backdrop, with locally made art lining the walls, but upon walking in that’s not the first thing you notice, no it’s Tatiana herself, her smile radiates throughout the shop and her energy & joyfulness are genuine.
Open just shy of a year, Tatiana shared the love & desire she has to help not only revitalize Midtown Ventura, but also help promote local artists.
Working with a locally renowned chef to create delectable Empanadas, chicken, potato, beef, spinach & Gouda, and soon will be offering Crème Brûlée, she also works with another business which makes her wonderful flaky pastries, a cream cheese pastry with Guava something that is a rarity in Ventura.
I have to note Tatiana gives praise to those due, she made a point to name each business, chef, & artist. She also does her own marketing, we discussed some possibilities and I look forward to talking to her again.
I opted for an ice blended because that’s my thing, and believe me I’m picky about what I like, I asked Tatiana what her most popular were & she said the Tatilicous which is made with ground almonds, espresso, milk & ice and then blended, the flavor was mild but after the first sip you were able to decipher all the nuances that went into making this tasty treat.
When driving by I can see why for a person who’s not familiar with the area you might miss it, the sign is small, that wasn’t her intention, it had to do with the City. You will find it near, Cameos dog grooming, the Gym, & Fleur De Lis and just remember this its directly across the street from H&R Block. Public Parking is in the back.
Don’t hesitate to start a conversation with either Tatiana or her husband, they are just the nicest people ever who are trying to give the community a combination of great food & drink and a positive vibe, and frankly they are doing a terrific job of it!
