Top Hat Chimney Sweep

Made an appointment for 1:00pm, they called at 1:15 saying they where running late. They NEVER showed for the appointment. Don’t waste your time.

This company is beyond unprofessional. If I could add negative stars to this review, I would. My husband scheduled an appointment for a chimney sweep. We rearranged our schedule to accommodate the appointment. An hour after the scheduled appt, my husband called them and asked where they were. They didn’t call back for an hour or so And offered $ 10 off for a future appt. we scheduled another appt for a week later. They never showed for that appt! We called twice asking where they were and NEVER even received a call back! Unbelievable. Their website touts «Best prices, Best service guaranteed» –that is obviously far from the truth. If you need a chimney sweep In Ventura or Santa Clarita Counties, look elsewhere!
