As I was walking pass, a bear dressed in marching band uniform with a toy train caught my eye. I immediately went inside and took the bear. This is totally out of my character; I do not enjoy shopping and am frugal when it comes to it, but something about this bear and this store drew me inside. I went to the counter with the bear in hand and struck up a nice conversation with the gentleman; he gave us some helpful local suggestions and directions. We noticed he was building a model ship and the bf is a model builder too. In midst of conversation, he suggested another bear and I immediately fell in love with her. I was so glad that these beautiful bears were only $ 36 in total, plus he gave me an ornament for free after learning I am a teacher :) This store isn’t a thrift shop, it’s more of a resale shop. There is a lot of neat and special items here.

I have recommended this to my friends, I have found incredible deals here and enjoyed the quality of the clothing. I found a cute nautical casual top, and white skirt. Brought a friend the second trip and found some cute items for Christmas gifts and a Victoria Secret bracelet. I think she should be open later as we stumbled upon it open before my husband and I had dinner on Main Street.

My sister and I had been in the two REALLYBIG thrift stores on Main Street, and found this charming shop to be a welcome relief. Everything was organized so nicely, with fun little items tucked into interesting places. The prices were quite reasonable, and we found several items that tempted us to take them home. One little faux pearl choker was even 50% off! Less than $ 5 for a retro necklace? Sold!

This is a teeny place on Main Street. Filled with Victorian era things, clothing, tchotchkes and accessories. I couldn’t look too far into the store as there were lots of people and a vacuum in the way, but from what I saw, if you’re into this era(not my fav) you’d probably like checking it out. Prices didn’t look sky high, but then I couldn’t see too much… TIP: they were the only shop on the street with a table of tchotchkes and some furniture out front. That was pretty much what lured me in to check it out…
