Rubottom Cabinets specializes in making beautiful custom cabinets for local homeowners. We manufacture our safe, environmentally friendly cabinets out of our 20,000 square foot facility in west Ventura. We build cabinets in a variety of woods and laminates — cherry, walnut, maple, bamboo, etc. — and have our own specially trained installation crew. We provide an EPA approved safe finish that doesn’t harm our employees, our customers, or the environment. We have lived in the Ventura area our entire lives, we love it, and we want to protect it. Our goal is to provide an excellent cabinet directly to our customer for a reasonable price. We have experienced designers on-​hand and can walk you through every step of your project whether it be a kitchen or a bathroom, new construction or a remodel. Established in 1946.

We are a local manufacturer that has been involved in our community for over 50 years. We live, work, play, worship and raise our children in this community. People know and trust us. (Fifty years is a lot of staying power). We have had people come into our shop who have had our cabinets for 30, 40 years and are still using and loving them. When you buy our cabinets you not only purchase a superior product you buy our service philosophy as well. That philosophy is simple: we service what we build and sell. It is our product and we take pride in it and we will do what we can to satisfy our customer. We live here and love it, and plan on staying another 50 years.

I’ve lived in Ventura most of my life. As a kid I ran around the shop in West Ventura on Saturdays, swept sawdust in the summer, and fixed broken hinges in high school. This company has kept us and our employees fed and healthy, and we are proud of the work we have done to provide homeowners throughout Ventura, LA, and Santa Barbara counties with beautiful and functional kitchens for over fifty years.
