I’ve been going to Dr. Hoffenberg for years now after not going for a long time. He and everyone who works there is amazing. They make going to the dentist a positive experience for me. The whole staff is very professional and friendly. I’ve had a LOT of work done on my teeth, and every time has been pretty much painless. I am no longer terrified of going to the dentist. Appointments are very flexible, wait time is minimal and everything has always been quick and efficient.

My husband & I are fairly new to this office & we both love Dr. Hoffenberg & his staff. He is very friendly & knowledgeable. When I had some tooth pain & needed to get in, I was very pleased at how fast Dr. Hoffenberg fit me in his busy schedule, the day I called! I have been searching for many years for a good dental office & can honestly say I am so happy to have finally found a fantastic one! Highly recommend Dr. Hoffenberg.

This office used scare tactics to try to convince my husband to get a crown on a tooth that was not bothering him. Dr. Lee told him that someone had just come in with a tooth in his hand and that would be him if he didn’t get it taken care of. Again, my husband was having no symptoms and it would be mainly a cosmetic fix. The crown would look better than an ugly filling.
They said our insurance would cover it. Well, we wrongly assumed they had done research. Our insurance, in fact, does NOT cover crowns. So, we were responsible for a $ 600 procedure during a tight time in our budget… that was merely cosmetic.
Guess what? A few years later, tonight a part of my husband’s crown came off. Big disappointment. Save yourself the trouble… don’t go to this office.

Drs. Hoffenberg & Deng are both great! Very professional, attention to detail, and really listen to my requests & concerns. I have been with the office for over 5 years, and have regular cleanings, have had a number of fillings, and a few crowns. All good, I would recommend to anyone. They take our insurance, MetLife. The staff is always good, too.

I have been going here since 2008. They are all wonderful. Before going to Dr. Hoffenberg, I was afraid of dentists and hadn’t gone in over 15 years. In 2008 I had an abscessed tooth and they got me in immediately. Since then I now go 2 times a year. Try them, you will love them too!

Have known Dr. Dang and Dr. lee since 2002. Very good dentists who are very caring. Recommend them if you have not found a trust worthy one in town!

My husband and I have been served by this dental practice for about the past 6 years. Dr. Hoffenberg always takes the time to ask about how my family and I are doing and to chat about any questions or concerns. Dr. Hoffenberg, Dr. Dang and Dr. Lee are all very caring dentists. We have had a couple cavities and chipped teeth fixed very comfortably with no pain whatsoever. The dental hygiene staff is also great, very knowledgeable and remember me between my 6 month cleanings. I feel this dental practice has a lot to offer their patients and would recommend them to my family and friends.

I don’t usually leave reviews but in the case of a medical professional I think it’s very important to know what you’re getting yourself into before you see a «doctor.» Anyway, I went to this office several years ago when I had very good dental insurance. I was told I had several cavities, needed 2 root canals and 2 crowns. All was fine and good at first, staff seemed professional, the office was clean and equipment was up to date. I began a treatment plan to get all my dental work completed. The dentist informed me that they perform the root canals in office (at the time I did not realize that molar root canals are very difficult and usually require an endodontist to perform them) so I proceeded with their recommendations. After the root canals were performed I was in excruciating pain for several weeks and was told to take antibiotics and Motrin and it would subside. Well, it didn’t for months and to this day I still have reoccurring pain. Once I had the crowns put on and went home to look they weren’t even the color of my teeth! After paying thousands for my dental work I expect my crowns to be done right. The next issue was a month after my molar crown was cemented I was at a wedding and it came off. By the time I got an appointment to recement it they had to shave the tooth down because the gum had grown over the build up a bit so now the metal shows in the chewing portion of the tooth. Needless to say after all of these issues I decided to leave (or run away from) this dentist office. In addition to all of these treatment issues I went through, they have a ridiculous billing policy that charges outrageous finance fees from your very first bill. In addition, if your bill isn’t pain in full in 90 days they start sending threatening collection notices (even when your making $ 200 payments a month). I have now found a great dentist who is not only correcting poor dentistry on my fillings that were done here but has also found that both of my root canals that were done here have failed and must be redone so now I am stuck footing the bill AGAIN to see an endodontist which should have been recommended by this office the first time. If you want to save yourself pain, poor dentistry and money out the window find a dentist with better reviews! My recommendation is to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I’ve always been very pleased with the dentists at this practise. I’ve been using their services for several years. I’ve recommended them to my friends and coworkers. The staff is always friendly.

I have been seeing Dr. Hoffenberg for 2 years. He is a very thorough and caring Dentist. He is very understanding about my fears and past experiences with dentists and always takes the time to make sure I know and understand what I need. His staff is excellent and I am always greeted with a smile. His partners are excellent and just as caring. I would recommend this office to everyone! TG

Not having been to many dentists it’s hard to know what to expect having been raised in the British dental system which says a lot in itself!
Based on my limited knowledge, I think this is a pretty reasonable dentist. Always friendly but usually this is only a few minutes anyway. Most of the time is with a hygienist who does the clean. Also super friendly but I heard my usual left.
I always dread the question… have you been flossing everyday?
Do a lot of people? I have to sheepishly answer maybe every other day.
No billing issues for me.

Beware– I believe my son had questionable services provided by this dentist and his referral. Additionally this practice was unyielding with there billing practices. Could you believe this dentist adds finance charges and service charges to the balance. We generally make a $ 25.00– $ 50.00 monthly payment on a $ 278.00 balance and already have incurred around $ 25.00 in additional charges within the last 90 days.
