I started my 1st pest control business in 2007 with the goal to help people with their pest problems by providing great quality service across the board. This industry is changing greatly and so the need for a new type of pest management company. I believe in using natural, organic products whenever possible to lighten our carbon footprint. The pest industry has very specific educational needs and requires us to constantly be learning and keeping up to date. I feel I can help anyone with any pest situation (provided its lawful) to become free of vermin and enjoy their home or business.

Very responsive and helpful. Submitted an initial request on the company’s website for rodent control and was contacted within a couple hours. Appointment scheduling easy, willing to travel, thorough, answered all my questions. Worked with me to accomodate the most effective options in a condo with a dog. The best part was the rodents were gone on the followup appointment! Used the voucher with no issue whatsoever. Will definitely be calling for a followup in the future!

Meh, I’ve experienced better is right. First service was okay, but then on follow up, i have conflicting stories between all of my tenants and Think Green.
They told me they would spray on their follow up service. Keep this in mind.
My tenants told me that on the day our follow up service was scheduled, no one ever came. Britney at Think green told me that they were out there (Lance?) and that all the other apartments had no activity so they didn’t need to be sprayed.
Upon speaking with my tenants again, they insisted no one ever came.
I call think green back and now they said that they came and sprayed one of the apartments but didn’t spray the others because there was no activity. HOW DID YOU KNOW THERE IS NO ACTIVITY if YOU DID NOT GO INTO THE APARTMENTS TO CHECK???
A classic game of he said/​she said. I gave them 2 stars because of the possibility i’m being lied to by my tenants, and the fact that i was told i would get a spray for all 6 units, as opposed to «there was no activity so we didn’t have to do anything, you’re an idiot for paying already». (they didn’t say the last part, but that’s how i felt, like an idiot for having already paid).
I called them back, and was told that «i didn’t know was i was talking about» and that i’m «clearly trying to scam them». I was told i would get a call back from (lance?) the manager but never did. Bottom line is my tenants still have roaches (2 month) later and they have my money, and i can’t even get a call back.

Prompt and friendly service. No problems redeeming the voucher. Did a very thurough job… will be calling again in the spring for another round of bug control
