Wouldn’t return. Customer service is terrible. Nail tech opened two phone calls on his cell phone during my service, unacceptable. Hot stones were scorching hot. Staff was cold and uninviting. Way too pricey for the service you are actually receiving. Also, my polish chipped literally days after my service.

Massages chairs are awesome. A bit pricey but the hot stones are worth it. The nail polish selection could be better and the polish never goes on right. There is always a mistake. The instruments are not all in a sterilizing pouch.

I consider myself a regular at Signature. It is a bit pricey compared to some of the other salons in the area, but you are treated better. I highly recommend Tom, he is by far the most thorough. I feel completely relaxed after he gives me a pedicure. Some of the others are not as good, which is why I can’t give five stars. Another positive is how clean it is, I am not worried about sanitary conditions. Also, their massage chairs are the best in town.

Went in for a pedi the day before my sis in laws wedding. They easily accommodated our party of 6 and we were all seated together on the chairs. They did a good job on my toes, i uploaded a pic so you can see the design. I am used to going to «nail salons» not «spa /​salon» which in this case was the EXACT same experience but for $ 40 plus tip. I have neverrrrrrrrr paid more than $ 20 for a pedicure but of course was willing as it was a special occassion. I noticed the lady didn’t put any clear coat on top of the design but for SOME reason i didn’t say anything. I had faith i guess. Well! by the end of the day, a corner of the nail polish on my big toe had chipped and i was so disappointed! i would definitely recommend reminding your attendant if you notice that they didn’t apply clear coat to seal it all in.
The one thing i noticed that i truly appreciated is that the ladies who worked there did NOT speak rudely in a different language around their customers and were VERY respectful. It was a nice, calm salon with hardworking ladies and a very pleasant attendant.
