We had eight hills cater a party at our house on Saturday. They did the bbq package: hotdogs, hamburgers, bbq chicken, salads, etc. food was great. Service was fantastic. Place was spotless when they were done!

Recently had a lunch catered by Eight Hills. Overall, it was a pretty solid choice. We had a tray of the finger sandwiches, the foccacia sandwiches (veggie, eggplant and chicken), pickle and olive tray and some cookies. The regular finger sandwiches were pretty ordinary plain but the roast beef was good — nice and rare.
The foccacia sandwiches were very good. I had an eggplant piece and it was easily the best thing I had. I am not even a huge eggplant fan but it was very good. The bread really made the sandwich. Everything else was decent but the foccacia was the best. I would definitely consider again in the future.

One of the finest caterers in the area. The ‘cold’ sloppy Joe is a must and their penne ala vodka sauce is very good. Meatballs are very personal but Jimmy and Jack make them as close to Mom as you can get. The staff is prompt, knowledgeable and always professional.
