We like to stay fresh, local and seasonal with our menu, so it changes almost daily with what we find coming out of the local farms in the Hudson Valley. Our focus is on Steaks and Fresh Seafood, the menu is rounded out with seasonal soups, chowders and salads. Our dishes are simply prepared and minimally processed, letting the ingredients be the star of the plate. All desserts are prepared in house by Dave Tuttle of Tuttle’s Homemade, using only local seasonal fruits and fresh ingredients. In Ralph and Dave’s Oar Lounge, our Chefs and Bartenders collaborate to create a classic cocktail experience. Drawing on the original recipes in which these cocktails were created. We use only pure ingredients and luxury spirits. Ralph and Dave believe that an excellent cocktail is as important as the dishes we create. Chef selected wine list is manageable, reasonably priced and paired specifically to our menu. We exclusively pour five seasonally rotating taps of Newburgh Brewing Company beer.
