Im a frequent customer!
It’s a great Starbucks location.
Sometimes.
They have a habit of hiring staff of severely limited intellect.
Whenever there is a new crew here your drinks come out wrong!
Over the last two years they have gone down hill!
Starbucks at Target down the road has better quality control!

Most unfriendly store manager. Bring a Starbucks coupon, you will be treated like a begger. No diversity. Okay I know it’s Bing but still close to big university. Get some diversity education.

Remember the day that Starbucks computers went down? I was here in this store in Vestal. It took them by surprise, I must’ve been one of the earliest customers when the failure occurred. They handled it so poorly. I had ordered a grande no-​foam latte 2 raw sugars… holding out my phone app to pay. Was told that the system was down, cash only. No problem, I’ve got cash in the car. I come back my drink is ready, but its a non-​fat, not no-​foam. common error, the barista re-​made the drink. I hand cashier a $ 50. She says they cant take it. ok, I rummage my purse — fins $ 2 and change, not quite enough. Now… I offer to drop the $ 2 and change into the tip cup and just give me my drink… she actually took the cup off the counter and put it on the back counter. REALLY? R E A L L Y ?? I heard later that starbucks customers all over were drinking for free. I had to tell the girl to go get her manager because I wanted my damn coffee already. The manager made change for my $ 50. FAIL.
