Business Owner

Philip E. Gable is the president of the Philip E. Gable, CPA, P.C., an accounting firm, and Philip E. Gable P.C., a law firm. His accounting practice focuses on business consulting services, tax advisory and compliance, wealth protection, estate planning, and elder care issues for small businesses and high net worth individuals. Mr. Gable’s legal practice is directed toward business formation, acquisitions and operations, estate and asset protection planning, probate and estate administration, wills, trusts and Elder Law matters. Mr. Gable holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He also holds a Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Birmingham Bar Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds both Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.
