Could not have asked for a better experience! I called in the morning and they were there in the afternoon. Very professional, down to earth and felt very comfortable with the price. I read the reviews prior to calling and they were right on. Definitely would recommend them to any and all.

As a lot of people may know, the hi-​desert gets extremely hot over the summer and today was no exception. I was worried about it being a Sunday and not being able to get a technician out to my home to service my A/​C, which was blowing out warm air. I went online and saw all the great reviews for AC Plus Heating & Air which happened to be open on a Sunday as well. I spoke with someone who referred me to Matt. Matt was able to come within several hours to fix the problem. The entire process from beginning to end was great. Matt was very professional, knowledgeable and quick with the service. The service call took about 30 minutes and my A/​C was up and running. Thank you again for your outstanding customer service. I will surely call upon you guys for any air conditioning needs in the future.

THEY SAVED MY LIFE! We are in a heat wave in California as I write. Of course my air conditioner went out. Just wouldn’t kick on. I was referred to this company by a highly satisfied customer so I called figuring that they would be busy because of the heat wave. Of course they were but they did everything in their power to come as early as possible. Same day service!!! I was shocked. They came the time they said they would. Matt came out he was awesome!!! He went straight to work. My Ac had multiple issues. I won’t get into them. All I’m going to say I was scared for the cost but they were very reasonable and even offered me options. Matt was a class act. I couldn’t have had a better experience everything fixed in a timely fashion and it was affordable. I highly recommend this company. In fact my coworker has an appointment with them now.

AC Plus is a professional and efficient company. I called for a repair on a Saturday and they were able to schedule me in the same day. In fact, they called and arrived early. Matt evaluted and took care of the problem quickly and at a reasonable cost. The best part is they are friendly helpful people and great at what they do.

It is still understandable they wanted to re-​scheduled, they offered me the day after and I was Ok with that. This is when they failed big time. Once rescheduling because of your mistake, you need to make this a priority, but they didn’t. They had told me 2:00, but they had a cancellation and called me earlier trying to get to my house. I wasn’t expecting them, so I wasn’t even paying attention to my phone. When I noticed I had a missed call from them, I called them, but they were working somewhere else already and I was told they were going to stick to the original time. Everything until this point was fine. I understand the time quoted is more like a window, so I didn’t freak out when it was 3:00 PM and they weren’t here yet. At 3:15 someone called me and asked me if somebody from their company had been already at my house, I told him no. He didn’t give an estimated time or even told me if he’s going to call me back. I waited until 6:00PM and no communication whatsoever from these guys. I went out to eat and on my way to the restaurant I booked an appointment a week in advance with AIR REPAIR, same as I did with them. When I was already consuming my meal at 6:10 I get a call from them asking me if is Ok to come to my house, I explained them that I have somebody else coming to check it out. They loss my business because they weren’t able to organize and prioritize properly.

They are amazing! They are willing to come out with hardly any notice and fix everything up in no time at all! I highly recommend their services to everyone!!!

Had a issue with my a/​c unit at my business, ac plus was able to squeeze us in the next day and was prompt to fix the issue. Thought I was going to spend hundreds but was able to get away with fractions of the cost. Great customer service, would recommend to all my friends and family

During the recent heat wave my business AC stopped working on a Friday. I am open 7 days a week to the public, so I needed it fixed asap. I called several companies and AC Plus Heating and Air was the only company that was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, they were booked and the earliest they could come out was Sunday. Luckily for me, they found a way to squeeze me in Saturday morning. Ernesto was my technician and he was great. Ernesto was friendly, knowledgable, and was able to fix my problem in no time.
I will definately use AC Plus again. Thank you for the great customer service and the fair price for repair.

These guys are great. Professional, honest and quick. I needed my AC looked at and fixed with summer coming up quick and they fixed it within a day! Matt (the owner) responds to you fast and is as knowledge as it gets. Definitely recommend these guys. We couldn’t be happier.

This company has amazing customer service. The lady that answered was very helpful and managed to get me a same say appointment! Ron was able to get my A/​C up and running in no time and you can’t beat the rate! I would certainly use them again in a heart beat!
I was very pleased with them especially because I had been calling to a few other high rated places on Unilocal.However the other places were not helpful and quite rude.
All in all this place is the best choice here in the high desert! They are very courteous and professional. They treat you like family and answer all your questions! I am so thankful that I found them!

Let me start by These guys get it. I needed an Ac inspection on super short notice. And Matt (the owner) jumped right on it and got it inspected the next day. What service! Matt was truthful and direct on what issues I could or couldn’t have. The inspection was top notch and provide plenty of pictures going above and beyond what I would have expected. He wasn’t interested in making a sale right then and there. Rather he made it clear he would rather a have a customer for the long run. His honesty and candor was surprisingly refreshing and his goal of making a customer instead of a deal succeeded.

How funny… why would I want to even bother with this nonsense… you contact someone numerous times trying to tell them wrong. What a terrible way to run a business… I didn’t do anything wrong I simply called to have my SWAMP COOLER LOOKED At and you sent someone with absolutely no clue about it. Duh that would frustrate anyone especially when I specified when I called to make the aptmt and the tech was late at that. Don’t come at me sideways and try to fix your rating. Time is money dummy… I could have been at work instead of at home waiting for an oblivious idiot. He barely got out of his vehicle.

My 25yr old hvac system here in my home finally had enough. My home came with 2 units therefore making the price of replacing it double than your normal hvac system. I didn’t know much about this industry and after doing extensive research on systems available and companies for the installation i decided to go with a/​c Plus. Prior to making them my decision I had about 5 other estimates. After meeting with Matt (a/​c plus), a couple of times here in my home he answered every question and trust me, I’m the kind of guy that will ask a million questions. He answered everyone of them and was an amazing professional through out my screening process. He put together several package options for me and the end result was eye popping on this great Trane system, and a super clean install. The price for my system was VERY good. I feel like i owe them a great thanks. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that if there’s ever a need for any repair under their warranty, they will be there ASAP. Thank you Matt and to a/​c plus for the great service guys do and for giving me the piece of mind with this amazing system you set up for me. Nobody else will ever work on my hvac systems or my relatives systems as long as a/​c plus is around. You show why you’re voted high dessert best. I don’t know where to vote on that but you got my vote on that as well.

The service I experienced with AC Plus leads me to post my first ever Unilocal review. First class, honest, quality service. I needed an HVAC tech to look into the possibility of faulty sealant on plumbing lines of a commercial unit causing roof leaks. I called AC Plus Heating & Air and Matt, the owner, was very quick to respond. We spoke in the evening and he had two technicians at the property first thing the next morning. They inspected the unit and the lines and reported that everything looked fine and that it was probably another issue. He gave two referrals for the repair. I offered to pay for the service call and Matt declined to accept payment. I found AC Plus to be honest, prompt and professional. We will be calling AC Plus for any HVAC needs at any of our commercial properties.

I got a nest thermostat for Christmas from my wife and they came over and installed it within minutes it’s the second time I have used this company and I am extremely pleased. They are a terrific company with outstanding customer service

Great service! Top notch company! My heater broke and I called because I saw the wonderful reviews on Unilocal… and yes! It’s very true you will be happy too.
It was very easy to schedule an appointment, the phone rep was really courteous and nice. Matt came out and got my 15 year old heater running like new at such a reasonable rate. He even explained things in a very clear way and showed me the parts of my heater that had broken.

My Heater «went out» on Christmas nigbt. I called and spoke with Matt on Saturday 12/​26, when most HVAC companies were not working for the holiday weekend, Matt said he could come by in about 2 hours. Matt was at my home within 60 – 90 minutes and right from the start it was a pleasant experience. Matt was knowledgeable about my unit and immediately knew where to start troubleshooting. A circuit board was bad and although he didn’t have the correct one with him he went out of his way to locate one amongst his other technicians vehicles and drove to the home of an employee that wasn’t working to get one! 90 minutes later my unit was up and running! He kindly did a free servicing of the unit and repaired a gas line that was probably leaking for the better part of 12 years since the home was built. Matt was courteous and a easing young man who has excellent customer service skills. 5 stars to Matt and AC Plus!!!

I’m not one to usually write a review but after my experience with this amazing company I felt like I just had to share. With the weather turning cold I turned on my heater for the first time since summer. To my surprise it wasn’t working. I was extremely frustrated especially since I have two kids one of which is only 10 months old. I needed my heater fix right away. As I called several companies in the high desert who advertise quick and affordable repairs I was getting discourage to find this was not the case. Once I called AC Plus Heating and Air they actually answered right away and understood my frustration and were at my house within an hour. Matt was extremely professional and polite and AFFORDABLE! I can’t even tell you how relieved I was. I will refer everyone to Matt and his company and they will forever have my business.

AC Plus has been wonderful! Matt is knowledgeable and very courteous. They are fair priced and always quick to respond to our calls. We own a business and we have had Matt work on several AC units, heat pump units and propane heating units. All calls were handled beautifully and quickly with a fair price. He has gone above and beyond making sure that all was clean and better than he found it. I would highly recommend AC Plus for any heating/​cooling repairs.

Best HVAC company! I was having a problem with my Heater not working, I called AC Plus as they have helped me out in the past and they came out that day within an hour after I called them. Matt showed up who helped fix our a/​c about a month ago he was super professional and really nice as always, he discovered what the problem was right away, and he fixed it right away! I was having some issues with my furnace and I was referred to AC Plus by friend who had his heating and air system replaced. I called and used the Unilocal coupon. Technician Matt arrived at my house the very next day and completely cleaned and inspected my furnace/​AC. He spent the time and explained to me how the system works in detail. My furnace is from the 80s which is soon in need of replacement. Not to mention that it is not very efficient. Matt gave me my options but I was relieved that he told me I could probably get another 2 good years of service from the system. When the time comes, these are the guys that I’m going to use. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Thank you AC Plus, you have a customer for life.

Okay, in all seriousness, our air conditioner went out suddenly and we noticed that although air was flowing, it was warm. I later noticed the fan wasn’t spinning on the AC unit and called AC plus Heating & Air Conditioning. I can’t remember his name (although I’m assuming it was Matt by pervious reviews), but he was awesome. He answered the phone, was super friendly, really fast and quick to the point. I mentioned the Unilocal!ad, and he did confirm that it was honored. I called around 11am today and he made the appointment for 1:30−2pm the same day! He arrived at 1:25pm!
My husband was here when he arrived, and he said that everything was perfect. The gentleman described everything that was wrong with our AC unit and how to prevent issues in the future. How cool is that?! Not only did he fix our problem, but also gave tips to save us money in the future. He really seemed to know what he was talking about and the price did seem fair and reasonable. Also, another plus was the receipt has a description of everything that was the issue written out.
It feels amazing to have our air working again-​just in time for the summer heat! :)

I was ready to Pay him and Tip him for A job well done… He replied «No Charge» That it was an easy fix and he like to help out Veterans when ever he can!

Good company, great customer service.-I selected four stars instead of five because they don’t give you a small block of time but tell you the technician will be at your home sometime on that day. After calling them in the morning though, they did give me a rough estimate and he was there as scheduled. He found the issue (it was with the newly purchased hardware) and even told me how to fix it myself after I got it replaced in order to avoid another service charge. I did have a question when replacing it, and the technician answered the phone and guided me through it. Excellent company and I am very satisfied with their service. I will be returning in the future if I have any HVAC issues.
Update: that makes sense, Matt. Thanks for the good work.
