I have made two orders with Angel Rock, my first order was a day late once I finally got my rock I was happy with it. I placed another order my delivery window was 10 – 1 around 2pm I called to see where my order was they said the driver got held up at some other job (a phone call would have been nice), I finally got my order at almost 5pm. My recommendation would be if you use Angel rock set up a delivery for the day before you actually want to start the work. It is no fun paying for a rental tractor and taking it back before you can use it.

Great experiences. Did my front yard last fall and my backyard last month. Friendly service and great prices. I love being able to give back locally when I can and its a lot easier when the company makes you feel good about it too. Did both yards for less than $ 600 and that’s including two delivery fees. They even gave me a military veteran discount and I didn’t even ask the second time we got rock. Thank you Angel rock.

Not a good experience with Angel Rock and buyer beware. Purchased two type of rocks two weeks ago and received a call today regarding tomorrow delivery. They stated the rocks I ordered is unavailable REALLY? They had the money for over two weeks and now realize this. It would make sense to order the rock which was paid for in full and ensure the customer gets the rock they order. I have used this company on my two previous homes with no problems but after this experience I never use them again.

After checking around, Angel Rock had the best prices on both rock and fill dirt So far I have had 50 tons of dirt delivered… and have about 50 tons more to go. Then I need to prder that amount of rock! Two different drivers, both very proficient and handy with their trucks — put the dirt precisely where I asked. No problems at all. The one improvement that Id like to see — is to be able to pay COD with a credit card, to the driver or even over the phone to the office. If you want to pay using credit you HAVE to go IN to the office.

Customer service was good when I placed the order over the phone and again when I went to the office to pay but that’s where it ended. When I paid I was the only person on the 7 AM to 9 AM delivery time slot. Saturday morning came around and I called at 9 AM to find out there was a delivery ahead of me and that when he was done there I would get my delivery. Extremely disappointed. I ordered two weeks ahead of time, paid promptly, charges went through and was told someone would be here before 9 AM. Extremely disappointed!!!
I have upgraded this review from one star to two based on the driver, who was very professional and got the rock as close to my gate as possible saving me from having to push 5 tons of rock up a steep driveway.

I’m so glad my neighbors told me about Angel. They are friendly helpful and have the best prices in town. I picked up two scoops of rock at Graham’s. At Graham’s I paid $ 125 for the same amount of rock that I only paid $ 66 at Angel rock and sand. The two scoops at Graham equaled one scoop of rock at Angel. The savings and the service and information was awesome.
If you’re in the Victorville area Apple Valley and so on I would highly recommend if you have any sand and gravel needs check out angel they’re the best.

Worst customer service ever! The young man up front should be fired!!! He was so rude! I am a first time home buyer and I needed rocks for my back yard. So I called them to ask for prices on specific rocks and the lady was nice and told me to come look at it to make sure it’s what I wanted. Well I go there and a boy at the front desk just stared at me like I was stupid. With attitude off the charts… told me it was $ 2 more a bag then what the lady quoted me over the phone. There was another guy in the back with his feet up on the desk looking at me and saying nothing. Just watching and listening to this young punk treat me with such disrespect. With all the attitude flying around I left.

This is one of my worst customer service experiences. I placed an order for delivery for a Wed with a schedule window of time not only did it get delayed costing not only a wasted day but a wasted weekend worth of work. The delivery was rescheduled and promised for first am delivery after waiting 8 hours they finally came. NO SORRY not even a offer for a small discount. They have lost my confidence

Great service in the beginning when it comes to ordering delivery was another story I set up my yard for the delivery had help to move the rock and everything they told me between 10 and 1 and never showed up I called to check on it and was told it was gonna be another week for the rock who does this

We used this company when we re-​designed our back yard.
Staff is friendly, they can offer suggestions if you’re not really sure what you’d like. They also gave us some samples (in a Ziploc bag) to take home to decide the exact size of rocks we needed.
We orders tons (literally) of rock and sand — and in several sizes.
Delivery was as scheduled, although they can’t give you an exact time when they would arrive so if you have other workers at your job site, you’ll need to work around this and plan accordingly. They were able to accommodate a change in our order without any problems.
Note: as there’s a delivery fee for each load, be exactly sure how much rock (or sand) you’ll need so you don’t incur a second delivery fee.

Hi-​Desert Rock Supplier that was great to work with. Jeff helped out with my initial inquiries on an investment property repair. Later I came back and the young woman let me take some samples to test against the house. Both being so friendly and knowledgeable that I didn’t really consider anyone else. Plus it was right near the residential property I was working on.
The shipping was inexpensive and the price was right. I had to make a few changes to the scheduling and they were quick to answer and very accommodating.
NOTE: Order more to make it a 3in. covering for the larger rocks.

Angel Rock and Sand gave us fabulous service at a good price.
We went there after going to Graham Equipment and were pleasantly suprised that the prices here are a bit better.
So is the selection and the service.
The girl working there is great, so are the guys outfront working the yard and delivery was on time as well.
they had exactly what I needed, 10 scoops of rocks (each scoop is a ton), that with deliery came out to just over $ 300.
Each scoop will cover 100sqft at about 2 inches deep.
I told them I wanted the rocks the next morning so I could spend the weekend working in the yard and they made it happen and showed up perfectly on time and dumped them nicely right where I wanted them to.
I’ll be back for the front yard, great experience all around!

The owner was rude the first time I went there. I asked him questions and he was rude and didn’t even bother to help us. He didn’t have the common courtesy to be polite to customers.
I went back the second time because I wanted to give him a second chance. I was hoping there was a miracle and he changed… but NO!!! I was very disappointed again. He was rude again and very disrespectul and acted like a jerk.
I walked out and didn’t want to give him any business. I heard from other people that they didn’t want to come back to his store because of his attitude.
I went to a different store few blocks away… what a difference. Super friendly, super nice and helpful. I was happy with that service.
