B & B Cycles

B&B will be happy to take your money, but provides the worst repair service I have have ever seen. They do not meet their commitments in time to complete repairs or follow up. They absolutely will not call you to tell you what is going on with your machine and when you call them they will generally not have an answer. They refuse to make repairs correctly, even when the machine is covered under warranty. I personally have talked to every level of associate thru the general manager Murray and none of it has seemed to help. My 2015 Can-​Am Maverick has not ran correctly for over 5 months and they have not been able to repair it. It has physically been in their shop for the better part of a month this time and still nothing. A friend of mine picked up a repaired wave runner there this week and not only was their machine not repaired correctly, they took a picture of my machine sitting outside with a group of other repairs. I am all for supporting local businesses, but never again will I support this one.

We’ve been going to B&B Cycles for years. My parents bought all of our bikes here, and I’ve always gone here for all of the parts I’ve needed. This last week, we were finally able to buy a bike for our son, and Dustin and the entire crew took great care of us. We got an awesome deal on the bike and all of my son’s gear. We couldn’t be happier with how we were treated and will continue going back to B&B Cycles for everything we need.

This is a very good Motorsport dealer the employees were very nice and I was assisted very quickly. The prices seemed reasonable and the motorcycles seemed in great condition.

We love this place! Everyone who works here is super friendly, happy to help and knowledgable. I would recommend this place for riding gear, motorcycle purchases, lawn mowers and they have a great service department.

Worst place ever to buy a vehicle. Not honest, high prices, and rude to customers. Go down the hill to buy. I made the mistake a few years ago, never again!

B&b is awesome, well at least Dustin is. He is the sales person there. I was looking for a street bike that would fit my riding abilities. I was leaning more towards buying a 300cc honda cbr but lucky enough Dustin pointed me towards another bike. A sleek new fz 07. I’m glad I took his advise. Thanks Dustin you rawk!!!

Needed carburetor gasket for my YFZ450 while in Hesperia. Found these guys on Unilocal gave them a call. Parts guy very helpful over the phone had my part ready at counter when I got there. He also helped me select some lubricants. Good service, prices are typical of any dealer you visit. I usually order parts online but for last minute items ill come here.
Forgot to mention store had a good selection of ATVS HONDA YAMAHA CANAM. Small selection of riding gear.

The battery for my quad was a few dollars cheaper here over the rest of the cycle stores in the desert. The place is always pretty empty and quiet when I go in there. Nice staff and so far they have always been helpful to me.

Andrew at B&B saved my bacon today!
I was stranded when the starter switch on my bike was found to be frozen solid in the depressed position after I tried to leave a meetup with my brother out in Victorville. Obviously, the bike wasn’t going anywhere. Now both the switch and rider were both stuck in a depressed state.
I bummed a ride to B&B from my brother and was lucky enough to meet Andrew there. When I told him of my plight he drove me back to where my bike was stranded and fixed it right there on the spot.
Nowhere else have I received such courtesy and exemplary service. Andrew really knows the meaning of service.

Ok, just getting ready to buy some new bikes for My son ‘s and myself and will not be making the mistake of going to this place again. Last time I picked up a new XR650 for myself and a TTR 230.
Had to yank the salesman away from his desk after 30 min of hanging around and the guy would not tell me anything about the bikes unless I asked. He was about as enthused about making the sale as I would be about chewing on a rock. After the sale he returned to his desk and we had to spend another 30 min as the prepped the bikes but we had to go around and ask what was happening. In the end we saw the two bikes sitting in the parking lot and after waiting 15 min or so we just loaded them up without help or a thanks and drove off.
The part that pissed me off was that I did not know the TTR 230 did not have a kick start (I know I should have known this) and it would have been nice if the salesman had engaged in just a little more conversation so I may have been able to figure this out at the shop and stepped up to a better bike.
I think I will be going to Chaparral or Yamaha in HB for my next bikes this season.

I spent the last 5-​days with my wife touring the Grand Canyon on the motorcycle. On our way home Sunday, March 25^th, 2012, we had a massive blowout on Interstate 40, 110-​miles from Needles and 68-​miles from Barsow. It could not have been a more remote area with a high wind advisory and a huge storm approaching. When I called the AMA (American Motorcycle Association) for a tow they told me I did not have a current AMA membership and told me I would need to pay $ 500 if I needed them to set up a tow? Long story short, when I verified today that I did have coverage and confirmed I made the annual payment back in Sept 11′ through Sept 12′ they would not return my call? In fact when I went back online to the AMA today I found I was not able to access my online account information (good thing I printed everything I needed this morning). I asked for the manager of the Roadside Services department and directly to voice mail with no return call? AMA Membership 1 079 246 Expires on 9−30−12. When I hung up I called Geico. They immediately sent out a local tow truck company called «Fast Trac Towing» who arrived in no time at all. When the tow truck dropped me off at B & B Cycle they asked their mechanic to come in on his day off to install my rear tire. These guys go the extra mile and I will go to them first for my next bike. Thank you guys for going the extra mile!
