It is so difficult to find trustworthy repair people in the desert. Our washing machine went on the fritz, and we knew it was likely fixable, but we almost preferred just to buy a new one instead of trying to find someone who wouldn’t make us uncomfortable being in our house, and/​or overcharge us, and/​or provide crappy service. So thankfully, we found Brian here on Unilocal!
All the reviews here are completely accurate. Brian updates his voicemail to let you know when his next appointment is available. He calls back within a very reasonable time period. He is friendly and professional, and we never felt the least bit uncomfortable with him in our house. He tells you his house call fee when making the appointment, and it is extremely reasonable. His fix-​it prices are extremely reasonable. He knows what he is doing, and works quickly, but does not rush. Our machine is working just like new now.
Honest and reliable. We are so happy we now know we have someone we trust who we can call when any of our appliances go out.

My dryer was making a loud screeching sound. I went on
to buy a new one BUT THEN I found Brian! I called him and he came out the next day. 5 min!!! 5 minutes!!! After arriving he found the problem. Fixed it in 30 min! Now it’s good as new. He saved me hundreds! I’m very happy with him and his services. I would definitely recommend him.

Called Brian and got a quick appointment, thankful for his later appointment times, and he made the 25 mile drive to troubleshoot my fridge. Excellent service! Called Brian mid-​morning to repair a dryer in Hesperia that was not heating up and he was there by the end of the day. Very courteous, professional and VERY reasonable compared to his competitors. Would not hesitate to call him again if needed!

This guy knows what he is doing! Brian’s visit was just such a friendly and positive experience. Called him to tell him about my washer on the fritz and he had some ideas about what it could be. Came over in a very timely manner and within 15 minutes I had a fully functional washing machine again. Saved me hundreds. Even reconnected and tightened all my facets that were leaking at first from not being used for so long.
I have to recommend this guy to you for any appliance repair needs. Extremely fair priced. If anything the guy undercharges for top notch high quality work.

What an honest and helpful guy Bryan is! I was cleaning my refrigerator coils and heard a clunk. Apparently I hit a fan blade and the fan became jammed. He told me just how to fix it myself! Definitely will be giving this company my repair business from here on out!

5 stars deserved! After searching the area for someone to repair our dryer,(bad squeaking noise), we contacted Bryan @ B&C.This guy is honest, knowledgeable, professional, caring and fair priced! I will 100% absolutely vouch for this man and his services. To start, Brian is one of the only people that makes service appointments in Barstow even though he is thirty miles away. That’s a definite plus. He is very polite and professional over the phone and in person. He was on time to my appointment as well.
When he started checking out my refrigerator he completely listened to all the details I had to give him about the issue. He then proceeded to explain to me how the whole system works so that when he found the issue I would have an understanding of what was going on. Within a few minutes he had the problem identified.
He got the part that needed to be replaced from his vehicle and quickly made the repairs which was amazing because my 3 and 6 year old boys were asking him questions non stop while he was working. He didn’t mind one bit and even spent almost thirty minutes talking with them as they asked him what every tool in his bag was lol.
Brian’s prices are very fair, his professionalism and knowledge are second to none and I highly recommend to anyone to give this man a call if you have ANY appliance issues whatsoever. Thanks for great service!

I found B & C Appliance Repair through a Google search, called and promptly had my called returned by Bryan. He came out to our home, diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher and had it fixed within the hour. He also taught us how to maintain and fix similar issues in the future to avoid service calls which is priceless.
Ultimately I give Bryan 5 stars as his customer service, skills, and rates are superior! We would most definitely call him in the future for our appliance repair needs.

I gave Bryan a call based on Unilocal reviews after our dishwasher broke down and was out of warranty. He came out that day and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and came back and fixed everything with minimum fuss and at a decent price.

On Thanksgiving my oven decided to «take a break». I called Bryan Friday morning and my oven was up and running early Saturday afternoon. We have used him before and always got honest, reliable service. Weekends and evenings, not a problem. I would STRONGLY refer anyone who is need of appliance repair to call. You can not beat his prices or service! I look forward to using Bryan to install my dishwasher!

Our out-​of-​warranty but almost new refrigerator was not cooling properly. I called a local appliance sales/​parts/​repair store, and was told a service call would take over a week! I made the appointment, but decided to see what other options I might have. Found B & C here at Unilocal and called Brian. Left a message and he called back almost immediately and was at our house THAT NIGHT! Brian diagnosed the problem, spent about 90 minutes getting the fridge working temporarily, and was back in 3 days with the parts to fix it permanently. It only took him that long because we hit a weekend, otherwise I think he would have been back the next day. Brian is great! Explained everything as he went, and got our fridge back in working order at a very fair price. He tells me he works on just about any appliance, and in fact we showed him what might be a problem with our washer. Someone else might have sold us a repair right then, but Brian said no, use it a few more times and let’s make sure you really need me to fix it before you spend any money on a repair you may not need. Very refreshing to have such an honest repair person to rely on, and Brian will be the first one I call from now on. I recommend him highly! Tell your friends!
