I ordered a cake from Creations by Gabriel and the service was horrendous! He was calling me the day of party about 11am to see what kind of whip cream i wanted on cake and later about 5 hrs later called to see if i could send them a picture of design… which i had already provide on the day i set up the order, which was a month before the party! My party started at 2pm but, i wanted cake at my house at 12pm Creations by Gabriel did not get to my party till 7pm in the evening! I was so upset then, when we cut the cake the bottom of the cake was all burned so, i was serving burned cake! That was embarrassing! The staff is friendly but over all service was unforgivable! I will not be doing business with them anymore!
