Born in 1983, Father of 4 kids, Married since 2003. I started repairing phones for fun for friends and family then realize I can open up our own family business doing what we like to do best. We love to see the customers reactions when they see their broken device back to fully working conditions and recover all personal information they have tough they lost. Best feeling ever and at the same time we get pay for it, lol

I broke my screen to my phone and it hurt so much! But when I found this place, seriously they did such a great job!
The guy who fix it took less than 20 mins and was very professional.
He charged me $ 75 to fix the phone because the screen was cracked and I could still see the pictures
Hopefully I don’t drop my phone again but if I do… This is the place to be.

Awesome! Took my phone in yesterday for a cracked screen on my iPhone 5c. Fixed in less than an hour and half the price of any other place in town. NOTE: they have moved from the address listed. I went to the old place and someone there was nice enough to direct me to the new place down the street.

The guy who works here is really efficient. I had my battery replaced on my iPhone and it literally took about 5 minutes from the time I walked in the door. He also gave me a 30 day warranty. I haven’t had any problems with the phone since. This is the 2nd phone I’ve taken here and I’m satisfied.
*This location has moved! It is now located in the shopping center next to the police department on Amargosa Rd. Just a couple minutes away from the old location.*

They did an awesome job. Dropped off TWO iPads with cracked screens early in the morning and picked them up same day close to closing time. I paid $ 70 each. Cheapest place around and they did a great fast job. I will definitely be back if my 2 year old droops my iPad again. And I’m sure he will.

My mother cracked her iphone5c screen and was being quoted outrages prices to have it fixed and needed a day to fix a screen… hint hint: by the mall. Anyways called this place and asked how much and how long was quoted a great price and no more than 30 mins. Right on! Sent my mom on over and she was pleased with the services. All around great place! Thanks!

I am extremely disappointed. They have horrible customer service. My phone was taken and sat on the work desk for about 15 minutes while they took care of a man who came in after I did. The man working when I was there was reluctant to try a simple fix on my phone saying it wouldn’t fix my problem and that my main board fell victim to a power surge. He wanted to sell me a phone older than mine that he had for sale. The part that he finally installed on my phone caused overheating if my main board and massive battery drain. I took the phone elsewhere and was told the part that they installed is faulty. There are scratches in the board and missing soldering spots. It could have fried my phones main board.. I then called back to ask about getting a refund and he laughed at me. I will never return to this place.

Great service. Friendly. Fast. I had my iPhone 4s battery changed and the back glass replaced. He changed it quick and I only paid $ 20 for the battery and $ 20 for the glass. That’s a deal y’all. Honest T. Kitters approves this place big time.

Gus was amazing. Shattered my iPhone 5 to where the touch screen want even there, found these guys on google, gave him a call, he said $ 125 and that’s the best price in the high desert I found. Took it to him and he was done in 30 minutes and it was perfect! Looked like out of the box and even fixed the home button for free!!! Awesome place and great prices. Definitely will refer people there and take my business there.

Gustavo did a screen replacement for my iPhone 4 and converted it to a red screen in the front and he did a really professional and great job and I recommend it to anyone that wants there iphone repaired or pretty much any electronic. Good job
