Lifetime Solutions, Inc. began doing business in Southern California in 1989. We were known as the «Water Doctor» and focused on offering quality water to homes in the High Desert. Since then Lifetime Solutions, Inc. has expanded in both coverage areas and services! As for our services we offer the highest quality in: water filtration, heating & cooling systems, air filtration, duct cleaning, tankless water heaters, and whole-​house generators — in case of power outages. We truly are your, «In-​home environment specialist!» Because we are vested in the communities of Southern California and desire to maintain a good name, we only offer what we have researched and found to be high quality products. We service the majority of Southern California, and do so from our 3 different offices located in Victorville, San Dimas and Riverside.

Had James Mcgarry come to the house today to perform regular maintenance on my soft water system along with dropping off salt. James spent extra time with me explaining how system cleaned the water and what each test he was checking told him about that cleaning process. James also took the time to not only answer some questions I had about adding an extra tank to my reverse osmosis system but looked at where it would be able to be mounted and then looked up what the cost would be.

My service for RainSoft Lifetime Solutions was yesterday. James «Jim» McGarry was the Service Pro! I was very pleased to receive a call a day before as a reminder of my service.
Jim called the morning of my appointment to tell me the time to expect him. I received another call from Jim of a delay on the Freeway because of an accident. He gave me an approximate time and managed to be there very close to that time.
He was very professional in his work and also made some suggestions and gave me reminders of what I needed to do between each service call! I did appreciate his help and the reminder that with any problem that may arise I Can call the company and a service professional will be out to help me as soon as possible! I am grateful for the professionalism of the service people who now have given me such good service! Thank You!

One of the best services I have ever experience they called me told me they will be at my house at a certain time and I was impressed they showed up early and as soon as they got to my house introduced them selves and got to work asked me if I had any questions or concerns before they started and when I told them I didn’t they went to it did their job right and weren’t at my house long I wish more home visit by other companies where like this I would and do recommend lifetime solutions to all my friends and family

So we had an additional sediment filter added to our existing system, and the installers had to sweat pipe to our water heater. Unfortunately the installers forgot to make sure that hot water flowed to the house once they were done with the install leaving us without hot water for a day.
James McGarry (who did not install the new equipment or cause the original issue) came at 9pm at the end of a long hot day, and with a few troubleshooting maneuvers, was able to restore our hot water to the house. He was professional, knowledgeable and just overall a good person, explaining every step of the process to find the problem. The fact that he was willing to come so late to fix the problem meant a lot, and shows to his work ethic and his company’s commitment to customer service. A job well done indeed.

This review is for the annual service for our RainSoft Water Treatment System.
Scheduling the appointment was easy enough. There was a 2-​week lead on the appointments. The scheduler was very polite and accommodating. I did not have any surprises regarding the appointment.
As, promised, James «Jim» McGarry, who was our assigned service pro called the morning of the appointment to confirm the 2-​hour window. He was right on time.
After a brief intro, Jim went right to work checking the system. As he was checking the system, he walked me through its functions (I wasn’t home when the install was done). That will help me properly maintain the system between annual check-​ups.
I really appreciate Jim having a professional, yet personable demeanor, and being thorough in his work and explanations of the process.
I whole-​heartedly recommend this company to install and maintain your RainSoft system.

We had our water softening system serviced a week ago. Everything is working great. It had been a few years between servicing. Hector Tovar, called as promised the morning of appointment and when he was on his way. Love that kind of service. He was very personable and did a thorough job. Going above and beyond. I just had my soft water system serviced and was really impressed by the technician Ray Heredia. He was prompt, professional, and took the time to walk me through ever stage of the process. He diagnosed and corrected a couple issues he discovered during the service. I would highly recommend Lifetime Solutions to anyone who owns soft water and filtering systems!

This is our 4th regular maintenance service on our water filtration system. With the exception of them not contacting us when it was time for our service (we are on a plan where we pay monthly) we love the service. Ray Herredia has been here twice and he is super thorough, explains everything in layman terms and is very courteous. I would give Ray 5 stars and the company 4 if possible!

Martin Gonzales has done an outstanding job of servicing our water softening system. He always calls ahead of time to notify me of his upcoming arrival with a 2 hour window and is on time for the servicing. His inspection is done in a timely manner and he is of the utmost professional.
Upon his completion of the job he explains all that he has done and makes sure the sysyem is working perfectly before his departure. I would recommend him to anyone interested in having their system serviced.

James did a good job in trouble shooting the issue with our reverse osmosis system. This was the second service call, but I’m glad the main culprit was found this time around.
James found out, this time around, that the initial installation didn’t have the drain tube point towards the drain pipe. This caused the system to not have the ability to drain the bad water which caused the main filter to go bad fast. On top of that, we would run out of the drinking water after a few baby bottles of fill ups. This was frustrating because we bought the system to make milk for the baby.
However, James fixed it. Job well done, James!

Lifetime Solutions has been great since day one. From installation of our Rainsoft and air system, phone support, and maintenance visits. Today Hector came to perform the maintenance on our water system. He was very professional in every way. I appreciate that he wore shoe covers to go in my house especially that we don’t wear shoes in my house. During the maintenance, he was giving lots of information as to what he was doing, and also lots of recommendations. I was very satisfied with his performance. Thank you Lifetime Solutions. Service was done on a house that I professionaly manage and not my personal home, but the technician did a great job of explaining the system so that I can in turn pass the information on to the tenant. We received great service from Lifetime Solutions. Phil and Nick were very professional during the installation process and really seemed to know their stuff. We also received excellent follow up care from the other technician who checked our new water filters and the overall efficiency of the new Rain Soft equipment. In addition, a very nice young lady came by to install our new air filters. We highly recommend Lifetime Solutions for anyone interested in clean soft water, water purification, clean air, and an overall environmentally friendly home.
