These guys are really something else. Absolutely nothing wrong with my Toyota 4 runner. I’m in Victorville visiting family. Figure I can get the timing belt replaced as a precautionary measure being that it is time due to the manufacturers manual.
Go to get a timing belt replaced and when the job is done I am happy until I get home.
And notice a leak under the car. That wasn’t there before.
A day passes. The leak gets worse. I take it to another mechanic in Nevada where I live and they say I now have a small whole in my radiator, and my radiator needs to be replaced.
I tried to save a few bucks going to Malcolm’s. Bad move. Now it’s gonna cost more for a radiator as well that I wouldn’t of needed without going there
Would of been less and properly done if I would of gone to dealership.
Anyway. Live and learn.
They are Con artist.
Would of gave no stars but wouldn’t let me.
Go somewhere else guys !!

I really like the service that they do at Malcolm’s there nice to there customers and always fast at what they do when they are working on your cars, I have been back several times, Malcolm’s auto is the only ones that touch my car I would definitely recommend them to everyone that I know, I want to thank everyone at Malcolm auto for everything that they do your staff rocks

Stay away from this place. My husband and I took our truck there for a smog check, when a guy came out to take the truck in for the test, immediately we noticed that this guy doesn’t know how to drive a stick shift car, the car started to jump and turned off. When he finished the smog check I went to pay and found out the car fail the test because the angine light is on. I told them that the truck didin’t have the light on when we got there, if we knew that the light was on we wouldn’t take the car for a smog check because we perfectly know that it was going to fail the test I repeat the light was not on when we got there and I don’t know why he did the test knowing that it was going to fail and made me pay $ 26.75.
Did the light turn on at the moment that he was doing the test and the truck has a problem? It can be, but it’s clear that these people are not honest.

Great place. I came in for a smog, was charged the same price I was quoted. I love that they didn’t try to sale me stuff I didn’t need. Great service and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend!

do not go. you will regret. They scam you especially if you’re buying from car lot attached

Great customer service, with exceptional promptness! ive taken all my 3 cars to Malcoms and ive been pleased with price and service every time. i trust Malcom and price range he determines. He has done an excellent job working on my various cars. Family is also very involved and will inform you of any services needed. i will take any car to him, and trust him on my vehicle.

This place put the wrong transmission fluid in my car, and charges for everything. I was stranded and had no choice but to go here. On top of all this, one of the nutts on the transmission pan was loose and was leaking after I came back to Vegas and noticed a leak. Don’t go to this place under any circumstances, theyre fraudsters.
