Tri-City Cleaners

Took my uniforms and suits here for many years. They always do it right and on time. I have never experienced anything like what some of the other reviews talk about. Their tailoring is good too.

Very rude customer service and really expensive. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Two days before my wedding we realized that we were not going to be able to steam the wrinkles out of our 16 HUGE tablecloths for the reception. It was taking us about 30 minutes each table cloth so I decided to call around some dry cleaners. All that I called were not willing to have them ready for us the next day or they wanted to charge an arm and a leg.
Tri City understood our urgency and promised to have them done by noon the very next day plus they were so generous with cost. When we picked them up they were completely wrinkle free and hung beautifully on hangers!
So happy with the cost and efficiency of Tri City Cleaners. I would recommend them to anyone!

I took my leather jacket to this cleaners on March 20^th. The owner, who attended me, told me it would take two weeks to get it cleaned because he had to take it to LA. He posted March 30^th on my receipt as the day my garment would be returned. He also told me he would call me to let me know when it was ready.
I called three times to check on my garment. Once a week starting on the first week of April. Each time I was told my garment was not back yet. I was finally allowed to speak with the owner on May 1^st. He had an attitude with me the entire time and said my garment had been there since the first week of April. When I questioned him saying I had called several times, he said, «what do you want me to do about it? Your jacket is here.»
I went to pick up my jacket and very calmly explained to the owner that I was disappointed at the amount of time it took for them to return my jacket. He said, «So what, I don’t care.» I told him this was poor customer service and that I would be letting my friends and family know not to use his services. He raised his voice at me again saying, «I don’t care. Go ahead.» When I reached for my jacket to check it, he snatched it out of my hands and in a demanding voice said, «pay me!» I was appalled that he would treat me this way, especially in front of my 3 year old son. I paid him and said that I would not be using his services in the future. He threw my jacket at me and said, «good, don’t ever come back!»
I urge anyone who reads this, do not go to TriCity Cleaners. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.
I give them one star only because I have to in order to post my review. They really should not receive any stars.
