Computer Troubleshooters of Tysons

I had an emergency situation of a dead hard drive, while we had a family health emergency. A technician came to my house, took the computer, put in a new drive, and returned it the next day. Best Buy was going to charge more than that. Therefore I am very pleased.

I needed help setting up my new windows 8 computer and networking 4 devices to the same printer. Cliff came out and quickly got my new machine up and running and set up my laptop, netbook and desktop to work with the wireless printer. He also cleaned up my laptop which was painfully slow by figuring out the conflicting software causing all the problems. And the best thing was that he explained what he was doing and why in plain English so I could understand! I will not hesitate for a second about calling Computer Troubleshooters in the future if the need arises, or more likely when the need arises.
PS – I don’t know what the other reviewer was talking about — Cliff was super nice and very professional. Very accommodating of my crazy work schedule too,

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
As soon as I told the guy my computer hardware problem he said very abruptly «I’m not going to handle that» and hung up on me.
But their website says «you get… friendly, knowledgeable service… no matter who you are and no matter what your needs, all you have to do is pick up the phone and your problem is as good as solved, your questions are good as answered».
False advertising!!!
Glad he saved me the trouble of wasting my time and money with this jerk! Would give them zero stars if possible.

For the record, if you click on «Why CT» across the top, you will see verbatim where I pulled the quotation from your website. Disappointing that I have to walk the owner through his own website huh?
For the record, that is where I found my quote from your website that you are now claiming does not exist. So for the record, I posted an annotated screen shot of your webpage so there is no more confusion about this issue. And it is indeed false advertising.
For the record, I was prevented from using your technical services because you or your employee rudely hung up on me. However, I did experience your terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE and saw your true colors. Do you even have any employees or was it you who hung up on me?
For the record, nine years in business does not correlate to good service. It means a lot of one-​time customers keeping you afloat. Most of those 9 years were also before Unilocal took off and became popular thereby exposing your true colors.
