I tried this place once. It was okay, but being unsure I kept my boxers and socks on after taking my shirt and shorts off. The masseuse in broken English tugged at my boxers and said it would be better with no «bosers» and proceeded to pull them down and off my legs along with my socks revealing my bare feet. She seemed to gasp and rubbed my soles and toes for a while saying «nice foot — good toe». The massage was okay like I said, but nothing to write home about.
The tiny cover over my privates seem to always move as she rubbed my legs or stomach area. I know my aroused member poked thru a couple times which embarrassed me but didn’t faze her thank goodness. My toes loved it and splayed in delight.
The price was a bit high as I recall so getting a groupon or similar is the way to go.

i don’t understand the bad reviews on here. I got my very first massage with a groupon, I scheduled in the morning and they were ver accommodating even knowing I was coming in with a groupon i the beginning. My lady was AMAZING. I think her name was Christine. i didn’t feel exposed and she concentrated on the parts I had indicated. later they gave me a good deal for when I want to go in again, and it is for sure happening.

Owner is mean and massage is not good. this is an honest review I would go to the many other places around.

Went here for a massage and I don’t think the woman knew what she was doing. I highly doubt she had any certifications for anything.
I paid full price and didn’t use a Groupon but I can tell that If you are going there with a Groupon, you will get eye rolls, bad attitude and second class service. I didn’t have a Groupon and didn’t plan on using one but I simply asked her about it and she got upset and said «Groupon is no good for us! Pay full price!». Awkward.

I was there on Saturday and had A wonderful therapist named Jin. I asked for deep tissue massage and it was excellent. She uses techniques that I have never had used and combines stretches of all the muscle groups to provide a much better experience. I am already planning to come back and see Jin again.

East Wing Spa is my «go-​to» spa for massage. I play baseball during the summer and hockey in the winter, so I get more than my fair share of muscle strains and bruises. I also have a lot of long-​standing injuries with scar tissue in the muscle fascia. I’ve tried a lot of massage therapists over the years and Berry at East Wing Spa is the best I have ever encountered. She asks where I want to focus the massage and she concentrates her work right where I need it. When she gets started, you know you’re in for the real deal. Berry starts with a relaxing back massage and then really works the muscles to get the knots out and loosen up the fascia. After 90 minutes with Berry I’m pain-​free and feel loose for days!

Jenny does not working at East Wing Spa anymore! :(I had a very sweet lady named Jin yesterday for a 60 min deep tissue massage. however i feel like her massage methods are questionable. I’m not sure if she is a certified masseuse. Most of the time she is rubbing up and down my back but the way she did it, hurt my back bone at times. She also massaged my armpits (Yes, armpits. I was quite surprised as well) pretty hard as if there were pressure points under there. She also stretched my neck in ways that were uncomfortable, it felt as though she was about to pull a muscle in my neck. She kept repeating it many times from the left & right side! She also claimed I was very flexible so she stretched my legs to the point I was doing a one legged split on the massage table. I wish Jenny was still working here, she hit all the right muscles and was amazing!

I have gotten a lot of massages, but the one I got here from Bari (not sure if that’s 100% correct) was among the best I’ve had in my life. If you like deep pressure, she is the therapist to see! She has laser-​like precision and really digs deeply into the knots.

The past few times I went I enjoyed this place but not this time. The massage wasn’t that good and there were a few times I questioned as to whether or not she had ever been trained. There were some painful (and not in a good way) moments. It wasn’t the worst ever but the reason I’m moving on from this place was that experience in combination with the response I got when i went to use my groupon.
The manager told me that she only uses groupon for advertising and I couldn’t use it because I was a repeat customer. I told her, well if that’s how you want it you should state that in the groupon terms that you set. No where on the groupon does it say «only for new customers.» The fact that she didn’t set the terms that she wanted is not my fault. She was also upset that I didn’t mention that I had a groupon, again not my problem. I had to basically argue with her to redeem something that was perfectly within my right to use. So never again. Any sort of relaxation I had from the massage was gone right away. I’m so annoyed and disappointed.

I was not a fan of this massage but felt the need to give a high rating because the woman worked so hard and was really nice. I bought an Amazon local deal for a 60 min acupressure massage and reflexology. This rating lost 2 stars because there was no reflexology whatsoever during my session. In the future it is also good to know that acupressure is not for me– way too rough– lots of knuckles and elbows. I don’t think I’ll return here but appreciate how nice everyone was.

This place gets another 5 from me. I came here a few weeks ago for a 90 minute massage on my birthday and it was spectacular. My therapist was Lisa, who is no longer employed here (sadness).

Not going to lie, this place looks sketch. But I swear, it’s nothing but fabulous massages at a great price! Found it while searching for a place a friend and I could get a massage on a Sunday without an appointment the same day at the same time. Yeah, nearly impossible, right? Not with East Wing. We called and there was a little bit of a language barrier but she was very clear that we ‘come now’ and they got us in right away. I’ve been back at least 4 times so far and have no interest in trying another place. You cannot beat this quality for this price.
I’ve had massages all over the world so I’m used to different techniques and styles. Hopefully you’re not shy. They massage all the way up to the groin, your entire butt, and sometimes your stomach. It just depends on who your therapist is. I assure you this is normal anywhere in the world. They also do a bit of stretching you out by manipulating your legs and arms (might want to wear underwear if you are modest).
I always go here for the 1hour deep tissue. It doesn’t matter who I get, they are all great. Just the right amount of pressure with the right amount of oil (I hate when there is too much friction with my skin). They even hop on the table to use their body weight for the pressure sometimes. They always find the stubborn knots and are willing to customize the massage by focusing on the areas that need it the most. I never have to tell them anything… they just know.
I don’t know if I would go here for a strictly relaxing massage. Sometimes the ladies go in and out of the room to get stuff or to answer questions and this could be distracting. Also, sometimes the room and table are too cold or hot for my tastes but I’m sure if I said something they would adjust it. There is a language barrier but it is manageable. They generally know exactly what you are talking about even if they are not verbalizing it.
You do not need an appointment but you might have to wait a bit to get in. Also, the location is at the back of a multi-​use building. Park near the back at the walk-​up ramp.

I’ll start by saying that I’m giving them 2 stars because our first experience was very pleasant and welcoming, something that I cannot say for the second visit.
So the second time around we came for a couples massage on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. It wasn’t too busy and we called ahead to make an appointment. The lady took us to our massage room. It took the therapists awhile to arrive, probably because they were having their lunch when we came in (it was 1pm) and the first 10 – 15 minutes of my treatment I heard my therapist still chewing.
It wasn’t a relaxing experience since the massage therapists kept coming in and out of the room (maybe bringing stuff?) — meaning they were not prepared well for the treatment, and also kept the door open a little so we heard people going through the hallway.
The massage was ok, not great. I had to tell my therapist several times that it was too much pressure for me and that it hurts a little.
The worst part of the experience started when we checked out they charged us $ 130 for the couples massage, even though it was supposed to be $ 120 ($ 60 per person). They claim it’s because we were in the couples room. What? If anything it should be less since we took one room instead of two, so that leaves them another available room for massage! It wasn’t a bigger room the usual and we didn’t even ask being in the same room for the massage.
Now for the worst part: while my husband was waiting for me at the front they had asked him for a tip! Seriously? We haven’t left yet and we were going to leave them a tip, but being so rude and ask for a tip? Reluctantly we gave the therapists a tip and they said it’s not enough and should be at least 20% of the service fee. Unbelievable! Since when? At this point we were extremely pissed and said politely ‘thank you!’ and left. That’s about sums it up. Never going back there again.

I got a living social deal for this place and used it. I got the 60 minute deep tissue massage. It was one of the best massages I’ve gotten. I told her which areas I wanted her to work on, which was my shoulders and lower back and that Is where she spent most of her time. It was the right amount of pressure she used. It felt so good to get those knots worked out. They have kind of a thick accent but I was still able to understand what they were saying. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. At the end, they extended me the $ 50 offer for another 2 months. I’ll be coming back to this place.

A-​Mazing.
Came across it on Groupon, read the Unilocal reviews, decided it was worth a shot. It’s in a convenient location along my weekday commute. I’ll definitely be back. I’m not sure whether I had a swedish massage or not, all I know is I had a young, tall woman named Paris who was fabulous. One of the best massages I have ever had, hands down.
Two drawbacks worth mentioning: one, there’s a dance studio directly below the spa, and I could hear the music from that space, and at one point during the massage even felt the vibrations through the floor. Two, it was difficult to understand the receptionist when I called to schedule. But I’ll be back.

If you like Deep Tissue massages that are sure to work out your knots and kinks, then this is the place to be. They are currently running a special for 60 minute swedish massage for $ 49! Trust me, this swedish massage definitely felt like a deep tissue massage with reflexology on each finger and toe too.
If you are looking for just a relaxing stress relief massage then this might be too rough for you.
The staff was very friendly and the place is clean with private rooms.

Had my first visit yesterday after buying a Groupon and was absolutely impressed! I’ve never had FULL deep tissue massage (aside from the quick ones my Chiro did). A person who’s gotten them before told me «massages are an investment, all the abuse/​injuries we put on our bodies, the least we can do is let them relax for a bit.» I’m glad I listened. I arrived 35 minutes early from my appointment as it was halfway from work and home. After one page of personal info, I was laying down butt naked on a fairly comfy bed. Like I said, I’ve never gotten one of these before so please bare with me as I confess my embarrassments of the day. At first I was laying there in with my last piece of clothing (you do the math) but Angela said it would be best to remove it. I was then covered and the massage began. Angela slowly began accessing all the knots I had which felt like potholes on a smooth road and I quickly began to twitch. My body was soo tight they recommended I return to work them out asap. Long story short, Angela did an amazing job but there was a bit of a language barrier. It wasn’t that bad I mean c’mon, you’re not supposed to hold a conversation during a moment of relaxation. An hour later, after working my ENTIRE body the massage was done. My next embarrassment came as I was walking out. I didn’t know, or should I say «no one told me» you’re supposed to tip a masseuse so Angela gave me THAT look and it registered «this is like getting a hair cut.» So I left a generous tip.
They gave me a coupon for 5 visits within the next two months for the same price as the Groupon. I will definitely be returning!

I was a bit hesitant to try this place out after my last massage. The last place I went to was also an Asian masseuse and also in Vienna.
I decided I would take the risk because of the groupon deal and the good reviews I read here. If Unilocal had a 3.5 star option, it’s what I would rate as my true experience and here’s why.
Like my last massage, this is also a place where the masseuse pulls down your underwear and leaves your booty exposed. These ladies have seen more of my rear than I have or any man ever has! It makes me really uncomfortable. Fortunately, this place eventually pulled my undies back up and then covered me with the sheet again.
I think I had Angela. I need to double check the card she gave me that’s good for 5 massages for $ 50 in the next 2 months. She did a really great massage, and I liked the atmosphere so much better than the last place I tried.
If they worked out the exposed booty kink, and gave water in a water bottle (after the massage) instead of in a small Dixie cup, I’d bump my rating to 5 stars.
I’ll be back… Just hope my undies stay up next time!

There was a 1 hour deep tissue massage by East Wing Spa on Groupon and after checking them out on Unilocal (5 stars) I quickly took advantage. I’m so glad I did!
I made an appointment for a Friday at 10:30am. Only 15 minutes away from home, you would think this would be no problem. Think again. Accident on 66, one lane traffic on 123… I clearly was not going to make my appointment on time even though I left an hour before my appointment time. I gave the spa a call and told them I was only a mile away but not moving fast — they told me it was ok, they would see me when I arrived. 20 minutes later, I was pleasantly greeted and assured not to worry. They completely put me at ease — I don’t like to be late for appointments. I filled out their paperwork quickly and my massage began.
It was wonderful! Although there was a bit of a language barrier, my masseuse was so sweet. She provided me with a great massage, including hot towels on my legs, a head rub and the stretching of my limbs. The hour flew by!
When it was over, my masseuse gave me water and the receptionist provided me with a coupon for 5 $ 50 massages valid for the next two months. Bazinga! I will definitely be back to cash in that — great massage for a good price by people who put you at ease!
As another Unilocaler stated, EWS is located in a building with a dance studio. The back of the building is where you enter their spa.

The minute I stepped into this spa, I was a fan. A large reception area with cold water and a friendly staff were waiting for my arrival. I was lead to a large massage room and asked to undress and lay facing down. I was then treated to the most intense deep tissue massage I have ever experienced! It was sooooo wonderful and the therapist focused on all the areas I asked for and it was ultimately one of the most incredible massages I’ve ever had!
I took off one star only because of the difficulty in communicating with the therapist, who spoke very little English but was kind and by using a translator, understood every one of my needs. It was also a little unnerving to look up and find out that another person was in the room… spooky because she was sooooo quiet! Not altogether unwelcome, but a little startling! All in all, this is a great place for a wonderfully therapeutic massage. Their concern for my comfort was impressive and even though I pulled my car into the same area where I had a recent and profoundly difficult and horrific experience, I was still able to relax and enjoy the benefits of a great massage. Can we say PTSD Waterfalls Wellness?
Note — the place is easily recognized from the street, but go around to the back of the building to access the front entrance. It can be a little misleading, so trust me on this one. The spa actually occupies the top floor above Born 2 Dance.
