Dr Tebays office in Parkersburg started as a single dentist practicing in the professional offices at the Grand Central Mall then he expanded to his own state of the art building in 1995 on 1301 Grand Central Ave where he now has 3 associates and 3 Hygeinists multiple staff members with 8 operatories and the latest in dental technology including a 3D cone beam and Cerec Crown Machine. He has worked hard to fulfill his passion for dentistry and to keep the patients best interests and state of the art care foremost.

Business Owner

Dr. H. Talbott Tebay graduated from West Virginia University and the West Virginia University School of Dentistry. He has served as a Major in the U.S. Army and was a Dental Officer in Vietnam. He holds dental licenses in West Virginia, Wyoming and New Mexico and is licensed in conscious sedation and is ACLS certified. He is also certified in post-​graduate courses in Orthodontics, Implant surgery and Endodontics.
