Established in 1986.

All of the electrologists at Laser Plus are trained extensively and maintain a rigorous program of continuing education in the field. Even though the Commonwealth of Virginia does not require electrologists to be licensed, the staff at Laser Plus are highly qualified, trained and have many years of experience.

Laser Plus Lasertrolysis Center has a staff of 3 RNs, 7 electrologists, and 2 certified aestheticians.

I used a groupon for a PCA peel. I’ve had PCA peels in the past, so I knew what to expect. I told the aesthetician that I’ve had the sensei but moved up to the ultra after a few peels. She gave me the sensei. Ok… maybe she had her reasons. Then she said that I had to purchase the post-​peel kit. I said I didn’t want it. She said it was a condition of the groupon offer that you have to buy it. I very reluctantly agreed (I’ve bought it before and not used it). When I got home I looked at the offer. It doesn’t say that purchase of the kit is required. I feel that I’ve been lied to. I wish I’d stuck to my guns and refused to purchase it. The peel itself was ok – by the book. My rating is based on the aesthetician’s misrepresentation of the groupon requirements.

Laser Plus is the worse laser place, do NOT go there. I was treated so disrespectfully and the actual laser treatments were terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

How is it that a laser skin center does not have one magnifying mirror in the entire center? Am I missing something? I forgot to bring my 20X magnification small mirror to explicitly point out which hairs to remove by electrolysis. The mirrors used with the electrolysis equipment do not magnify nearly so much and it is difficult to use them to point out which specific hairs to remove.

I purchased a groupon for 3 microdermabrasion treatments. The staff was nice and flexible. The treatments felt more like regular facials rather than microdermabrasion. I didn’t get a very professional vibe from the place. I will not be returning.

Have been a customer for the past year. Still not happy with the hair removal treatment. The procedure should not have been so lenghtly and pricey. I heard they have a new owner and quality has gone down… I gave it a shot and was not satisfied with the outcome.

I love laser plus! They have a very professional staff! I get a microderm with Naema monthly and she does a great job! She is very detail oriented and well experienced.
I’ve also gotten several other services with Laser Plus and have always been satisfied with the quality and services they had to offer. I would definitely highly recommend this place to friends and family.
