This place is truly customer focused. I have been coming here for laser hair removal for a few months now and I always experience exceptional service. Fari is the esthetician there and she is incredibly kind, thorough, and efficient, making sure I get the most out of my money! Moreover, she very clean and does the job right; I am seeing a dramatic decrease in my hair growth and am so thankful!
Please know that Fari has an incredible spirit and is very easy going. I have never experienced such quality service and am glad the other esthetician that worked here left because she was truly awful (i.e. very aggressive and tried to force me to go to her a number of times). Each time I cancelled my appointment to ensure I was with Fari, who I am much more comfortable with. The previous reviewer is obviously the old disgruntled employee who is thankfully gone now. Note that their name is «Private E» and they only have two reviews on Unilocal,adding them very recently. Your cover is blown, Carol from Premier, nice try attempting to deface a perfectly good establishment.
Fari is nothing short of an angel and I highly recommend her for your laser treatment. Give her a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I agree with the previous post. AWFUL NOW. I came when Premier was merged with them, then they split and I had already paid for hair removal and had 5 more sessions to go — so I went with whoever was left there and this woman «FarI’ Is SOO unbelievable rude and obnoxious and everything is an argument. First I tried to talk to her about my skin and some procedures I was interested in and she told me she did not have time to talk about it and I asked her where the lady from Premier was and she started ranting and raving about her. Yet since I paid, I made my next appointment and when I asked for a confirmation email Fair goes off ranting and raving again in her heavy foreign accent about how the lady from Premier had messed up their email system when they split and they didn’t know how to generate email confirmations — I mean just really unreal — totally unprofessional. It is impossible to even talk to her without her arguing back. I tried to call an reschedule and appointment and left a message three times and then she calls me back and says she will charge my $ 50 for cancelling the appointment — yet I called on Monday — 6 days prior. OH NO ! This place is a disaster. .I think she must like their only employee or something on Saturdays and nobody picks up the phone. I don’t even want to go back. I just want my money back and plan to take it Premier because the original lady I spoke with that is there was very professional and very knowledgeable and gave me advice, even cost-​effective at home skin care tips.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE… Trust me !

FYI — they have moved to Fairfax, VA.
When this company had an agreement with Premier Image Medical Spa, everything was great. Once that agreement was cancelled because apparently Premier Image Medical Spa had issues with the way Northern Virginia Wellness Center was running things, everything went down the drain. Scheduling appointments were more difficult, the people were rude, and generally it was a terrible experience.
There are plenty of other places for laser hair removal.
Avoid this place at all costs!

On 9÷21÷15 I went here for one IPL and got second-​degree blistering burns on my chin and on and around my nose from a Cutera machine. Since IPL has been implicated in horrible skin texture changes and catastrophic facial fat loss (check RealSelf and google «IPL damage,» just for starters) occurring anywhere from days to years from the date of the botched treatment (s), I am very, very, very sorry I did not do my research beforehand.

I went to this place earlier this month to have a facial, and chemical peel to fix minor issues. Although the technician who did my procedure was very friendly, I have had no results. My skin is exactly the same as it was before the procedure, and I have still not had any peeling at all. Immediately after the procedure I expressed my disappointment but was assured I would see results by day 3, I did not. I called and expressed my dissapointment on day 5 and was told my skin is «probably different». I requested a call back from the dermatologist and never received one. Save your money ladies and gentlemen, do not go here.
