Had a great car buying experience from the folks at Priority Mazda of Tysons. Very informed, helpful, not rushed, and not pushy. I was counseled and offered but not pushed hard and am very happy with the buying experience. It was a clean, uniform showroom with lots of vehicles(Mazda/Nissan). Ended up choosing a CX-5 and so far I am very happy with it. The crew(Atef, Jay, Bridget, and Nadeem) were great and really helped the transaction go smoothly. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice for it all to go quicker. I would suggest allowing for at least 2 hours to complete a purchase. Really positive car experience. Atef was really sharp and attentive. The whole team made the whole car buying ordeal seamless and smooth. They really are focused on maximizing the customer experience. They actually saved the USAA true car experience for me.

We just bought a 2015 Mazda from the new ownership at Tyson’s Priority Mazda, and had an absolutely fantastic experience. For USAA bank/insurance customers(I know there are many in NOVA), their TrueCar estimate through USAA was one of the lowest for what we were looking for, and that’s what got us interested. Andrew was our salesman before and during the visit, and was outstanding in every way. We had an email exchange for a few days beforehand on models, availability, and pricing, and it was informative, forthcoming, and responsive without pestering. During our visit to the dealership, it was clear the new management is committed to a great customer experience. Not only was Andrew and the whole staff friendly, non-pressure, and informative, but it came with free latte and hot chocolate. They also talked about the plans they have to revamp the entire interior for a more friendly waiting and service experience, even manicure Wednesdays for those bringing cars in for service. Plus, your purchase comes with lifetime oil changes and state inspections… hard to beat. They’ve got the most forward-thinking customer service attitude we’ve seen. Negotiations, which we always hate, were respectful, flexible, and non-pressuring when we needed time to talk things over. Oh yes, and completing the paperwork was easy. You can always judge a car-buying experience by that drive-home feeling you get in your gut about whether you got taken, or are uncertain if you got a good deal. We had that sincere warm glow that we enjoyed our visit and got a great value — lots of car for the money — that we will enjoy for the next 10 years, just as we did our previous Mazda. Thanks guys. Buyers, we definitely recommend you give them a try and compare to your other car-buying experiences.
