Have been coming here for waxes for a few years now. Service is quick and efficient and the prices are as good as it gets in the area (especially if you buy their 5 for $ 165 package!) Very relaxing décor and nice staff. Highly recommend!

Late review! On ³⁄₇ my boyfriend and I each had the hot stone/​Thai yoga massage deal from Groupon. I was skeptical walking in because there had been some issues with the Groupon/​scheduling — they had to cancel once because of snow/​water break issue, and then Groupon canceled our order unexpectedly. However, they honored the Groupon price and were very thorough.
The green tea was a great welcome; the massage was EXCELLENT; my masseuse was very friendly. I would definitely go back, even for full price.

My husband and I came here after we saw the Groupon. The massage was excellent and the green tea was lovely. I look forward to trying it again.

So I found this place through a Groupon, and I made an appointment on a Wednesday for a Friday night — very friendly and helpful receptionist. Driving there day of, I called again for clarification of directions and again the receptionist was patient and very nice.
Now, on to the massage: AMAZING!!! I had Lily, and she was absolutely perfect :) She brought me back to the room to first wash my feet (something done with all Thai massages I have had). She went over my form and asked questions to clarify, then we started. She was very thorough and somehow gentle in the way she really got into my knotted muscles — it wasn’t as aggressive as other therapists, I guess, but you could tell that she knew what she was doing and she was doing it to really help you.
At the end of the massage, she gave me a card for a discount on a future, longer massage. I know this was probably up-​selling, but she did talk about what she had done and how a longer massage would be more helpful to really work stuff out — I liked how it was obvious the attention she dedicates to her work, even the last appointment on a Friday afternoon. They have a kind of loyalty program where after so many times you go, you get a discount on the next service, so that’s a plus too.
I will definitely be back, I felt so good for days afterwards and not a bad sore that some therapists have left me with when they have tried to push my muscles too far too fast. I also found the prices to be pretty good for the area, and for the quality of service I got, completely doable. I think I found my new go-​to place!

I heard about Sawatdee through a friend who recommended me the place. Being my first time having Thai massage, it was a delight. The atmosphere is set like you are in Thailand (The design, the backdrops, the traditional clothing worn by the ladies) all fits the mood. The rooms are cozy, big and private with real no interruptions of sound other than the music playing.
The women are very beautiful and very professional which is also a plus. Each girl provides their own finesse to the massage style but I go to Jane who is my favorite. Though she isn’t Thai, her massage is fantastic. She focuses on the areas you need to be worked on and provides great stretches as well. I highly recommend this place for those who need work done on their bodies and learn a little culture as well.

Got a groupon deal and it was my husbands and my second time there! Amazing massages and super friendly! We love the foot wash before the massage!

I had done Thai massages before somewhere else but thanks to Groupon I gave this place a try. Appointments was made with TEXT messages I tried to call but no answer later someone texted me. Then appointment day came there was no issue they honored my groupon. So I had done hot stone deep tissue massage for 90 min. I thought I had too much stress but my therapist did good job but the pressure was weaker than my regular. It could have been better but she did her best. I wouldn’t come here without my groupon but it was worth my day.

Scheduling my appointment went without issue. The location is in a business complex that has the appearance of townhomes. I arrived a few minutes late because their location isn’t the easiest to find. My masseuse was quite tall (I don’t recall her name), but I immediately thought how is she going to perform a Thai massage (specifically I’m accustomed to small ladies who climb up your body while you lay face-​down while they stretch your limbs and they put you in these yoga-​like positions that you may not have believed you were even capable of).
My suspicion was correct… what I received was a 90 minute deep tissue massage which included a few minutes of hot stones. The massage was good, but it was not what I paid for (thank God Groupon was giving an additional discount off of local purchases… otherwise I would have been pissed).

APPOINTMENT 5 OUT OF 5: was easy once you can reach someone. They also do call you back if they miss your call. I receive a reminder text 10 minutes before my appointment.
LOCATION: 4 OUT OF 5 The place is in an office environment. Quiet. Not hard to find. Plenty of private parking space. Upper level. Down side is NOT handicap accessible. Also, if someone drive you there, the person cannot stay in the receptionist area and wait. My husband took me there for 90 minutes massage because I have a lower back pain and he was asked to leave and come back in 80 minutes.
Small thing i want to point out that i was a little irritated was on the form to filled out, it asked for current and past 5 years history, so i checked i was pregnant and my masseuse kept coming back into the room asking if I’m pregnant and i told her no. She come back again with doubt and asked again. Then come back with the paper to show i selected pregnancy. I pointed out to her the paper said current and past 5 years. I understand it’s important to know and find out medical history but i already said no. It was a waste of 5 minutes or so.
MASSAGE ROOM 5 OUT OF 5: massage table was spacey. The room temperature was perfect. The room decoration individually is very nice but overall it seem a little «crowded». Music was relaxing minus the skipping twice or so. Didn’t bother me, just something i noticed.
MASSAGE 4 OUT OF 5: the masseuse I have was wonderful. Once i pointed out to her the area i need, she worked hard on the area to get rid of the knot. She was firm the majority of the time. I love strong pressure especially at my feet, so sometime i don’t feel much pressure was applied there. Otherwise, the pressure was good. The massage was not as smooth compared to another thai location i go to but definitely not bad. I think it’s more because I’m not used to this masseuse. When i say smooth, i meant the rotation and transition like between feet and back.
Overall, she was really good. I’m just a picky customer :-)
Would i recommend this place to my friends and family? YES.

I got there for my appointment about 5 min early. The staff was friendly and greeted me with green tea. And promptly took me to one of the rooms to get started. The rooms were nice and clean and the services were thorough. I enjoyed the environment there. I invited my friends and my mom to come with me for a visit next time.

I called my regular go-​to massage spot in Shirlington, but it’s booked up for the day. Is everyone in this area all stressed out or what??? Maybe I should open a massage spa too… Anyway, I desperately search Groupon for a massage deal. Then this place comes to my rescue. I walked in with stiff neck/​shoulder and walked out relaxed.
I purchased a 90 minutes hot stone deep tissue massage. Everyone is very friendly here. I have a foot bath with reflexology while drinking hot caffeine-​free tea. After changing to transitional Thai massage outfit, I lay down on a heated bed with a soothing SPA music in the background. My memory is a bit hazy after that as I’m almost fell asleep. The lady uses a lot of Thai massage technique for the deep tissue/​hot stone massage. Many yoga style bending and stretch. I am super relaxed after my massage and take a nice nape.
Only down side-​this massage location is a bit far, but it is close to Mom’s grocery and Korean Hmart. So you can buy some grocery or go shopping afterward.

Before you take my personal opinion into consideration read this:
I have been getting brazillian waxes for nearly 3 years from the same place in Rockville. They charge $ 35, take 15 min, are pleasant, and pluck all stray hairs and push out in-​growns. My lady goes out of town during the holidays and I was going on a cruise, and HAD TO get a brazillian. Thought I would try GROUPON and picked this place.

— Start off at 5 stars when I walked in… very cozy place, makes you feel calm and relaxed and they offered tea.
— Still 5 stars when I walked into the room, the table was heated and comfy, the girl seemed pleasant and didn’t say anything other than hello and turn over.
— MINUS 1 star as she applied the first section of wax; it was a larger area than my lady normally does and was almost on the verge of too hot. She was quick though and ripped it right off. I have very deep hair follicles and I will say that even though the area she treated was larger, it didn’t hurt any worse than my regular wax. However, she also didn’t hold my skin very taught, so the most sensitive area down there stung very badly.
— MINUS 1 star for not getting all of my hair; there were several patches on my lower bikini line and a few hairs right on top that just ripped and were still pocking out. Maybe my lady pays closer attention to this, but that’s a huge no-​no when you’re about to wear a bikini!
— PLUS ½ star for applying soothing solution to calm skin and clean off wax.

Summary:
Not sure how much the wax is regularly, but it’s a good deal for 29 $. I would recommend this place but caution to make sure they get all of your hair. She didn’t really check the area after she was done to make sure it was all gone nor did she use any sort of tweezers to get strays (Again, maybe my lady spoils me, I have very limited experience with this.) I see more in-​growns this month and I attribute this to the large areas that she tried to cover.

Came here for my first Brazilian Wax. The atmosphere when I first entered was soothing and calm. I was greeted with tea and some chocolates and was brought to the waxing room right on time for my appointment. This place is by appointment only by the way. The waxing was fast and, to my surprise, a lot less painful than I thought. Overall great service, great atmosphere, and most importantly very relaxing and clean spot for waxing!

I went and got a Brazilian wax, this was my second time getting waxed and I must say I liked this place much better than European wax center. The place was really nice, had a nice aroma and aura.

This is the best place i have ever went to for a full stress relief massage, My attendant was Kk and she did a great job, felt stress free, hot stones were a nice added touch, Koons David G.

Came here after I saw their groupon deal. Was under a bit of a time constraint and asked if they had any appointments within the next hour, she said I could come right in. The wax was quick and as painless as a Brazilian wax could be. She was very kind and the business itself gave off a very peaceful vibe. When I saw the end product I was very pleased. Will definitely be back here again!

I bought a Groupon for 2 Brazilian waxes, a really good deal. The location is easy to find, it’s in a business park. You have to call or text before you walk in because they don’t want other clients to be disturbed.
It was cute inside with Thai decorations and I received tea. It was clean and not sketchy at all.
Kanya did my wax, and she was great! Fast, efficient, and thorough. She took her time and made sure everything was waxed properly.
I would definitely try this place out!
