I don’t know why people seem pleased with this place and only give it three stars because of the entrance?! I could care less about the entrance and the signage unless that has to do with accessibility for some. Lots of parking out back! This store is jam packed with nice things, not junk. I found a pair of Kate Spade sunglasses for $ 7. Great bedding and bath options as well as rugs and small furniture pieces. The selection here is better than the one in Fairfax but it is a much smaller space. That would be my only complaint; it’s tight on the sq ft but the service and the selection are worth five stars.

I had walked passed this store on the way to Panera. They really should a sign on the side facing Maple Ave because the entrance is actually in the back where the parking lot is. There was a decent selection of items(home, toys, stationary. etc) at great price points. Everything seems well organized, the staff is friendly. The aisles are pretty narrow and there is no ramp as an FYI since I was pushing a stroller through the store.

Entrance for this store is actually at the back. That sort of threw me off. Plenty of house-ware items for the kitchen, bedroom, and bath. Tons of holiday decorations as well. Non-perishable food items like coffee, crackers, cookies and jams. Cute for gifts. They sell candles too. I browsed around searching for a small houses warming gift for a friend. Nobody really spoke to me or asked if I needed anything. You help yourself and find what you need.

NOT«CHEERFULLYREFUNDED» as stated on the receipt! This is probably the best organized and well-stocked Tuesday Morning I’ve shopped in. I noted that fact yesterday to the cashier, who was friendly and thanked me for my comments after I bought quite a few items. There was a man working hard at organizing things while I shopped, and today, when I had to return something, I found he is the manager. I had bought an organic cotton blanket, made in China, «originally $ 100» but sold to me for $ 24.99. I was so pleased to find it, and brought it home and washed it. At the end of the cycle, there were big globs of cotton all over my washing machine. After drying the blanket, repeatedly(to get rid of the shedding cotton), there was a half of a small paper bag of cotton in my dryer! I took this bag of cotton along with the shedding blanket back to Tuesday Morning, along with the receipt which said«SATISFACTIONGUARANTEEDORYOURMONEYCHEERFULLYREFUNDED». This time, the same cashier looked down the entire time and never came near to a smile. She got the manager to assist and he looked at the blanket and bag of cotton, brusquely advised me they had never had this problem before with blankets with the clear inference was that it was somehow MY fault. He and his cashier appear to take returns personally and begrudgingly, even with an unquestionably defective product! That said, they did refund my money, but I left there knowing I would not return and I have shopped here for years.(I will shop from now on at the messier, but more consistently friendly Tuesday Morning on Carlin Springs Road). Good business is TWO-sided and the customer counts, even in a discount store. I wish I could give a higher rating but 3 stars is more than fair, given this experience, which is probably not that unusual when it comes to returns there.

I love Tuesday Morning! Great place for gifts, gift wrap, housewares and luggage… linens, too. All of this is offered at very discounted prices. If you need a child’s birthday present – check there first. Most of the stores are located in neighborhood shopping centers. This one is very neat and right in the heart of Vienna on Maple Avenue. If you haven’t been there – check it out.

They are doing a nice job of keeping this store clean and organized and it must be difficult considering the amount of stock they have to carry every Tuesday! Cashiers are very friendly, and they finally got rid of that giant BOX on the stairwell. LOL

Hard to find at first, as the entrance is around the back. I’d always been under the impression that Tuesday morning was a place that tried to sell the unwanted junk from retail stores and while I’m not wrong, I was surprised at what I found when I friend recommended I give it a look. It has it’s fair share of tacky trinkets and low quality odds and ends, it has some hidden deals lying amongst its shelves if you just give it the time to dig around. I was especially a big fan of their kitchenware section. Found myself some great deals!

I have no idea why anyone would want to shop at this sort of store. It’s like a CVS mixed with a garage sale, filled with tacky, cheap, crap. Not to mention that it smells like a sewer. It is possible to find some nice things among the junk, but you have to get elbow deep. Blech.

This is not my very favorite Tuesday Morning, but it’s far and away the neatest and cleanest Tuesday Morning. Things are neatly arranged and kept that way. It’s an odd layout because the entrance is in the back and it’s narrow. Doesn’t seem very friendly, but once you’re inside, it’s fine. Like all Tuesday Morning’s it’s higher end merchandise going at a discount. Whether you’re looking for luggage or garden statues, small expensive rugs, toys, lamps or woman’s workout clothes, they’ve got it. One of the back rooms has deeply discounted off-season items tha’s always worth a look-see.

The store has some good finds, but overall you could get the same things(perhaps for less at a Marshalls or Ross) and get the connivence of being able to use a shopping cart. The staff is rude. They snap at each other on the sales floor and behind the register and act as if any question is interrupting them from doing something REAL important, like ignoring customers in line. I’ve been here three times now, the first left no real impression, the second time I left after the cashier left several people sanding in line while she filled out some log book. I would never have gone back but they had a sign out that said in big letters 25% off Storewide, but when going in found out it was only on items already on clearance with yellow stickers. I’ve bought things that I’m happy with, so I can’t give them only one star, however there are just too many places to shop in this area to warrant anything more than 2 stars.

This is a great place to go gift shopping. You can find lots of affordable stuff that doesn’t look like a cheap gift. I found some nice slippers for about $ 10 and a cheese grater for $ 3, for example. The cashiers here are a little slow, though.
