I went in for a pre-​buy inspection on a car from a dealer. The mechanic was very thorough and the shop had friendly customer service. Everything was explained in detail. I would go here again if I lived in the area.

This is the best place to take your car for service. Love this family owned business! My family has been coming here for 2 years and never had any problems. They are very honest and thats why we bring in all our cars. They show us everything that is wrong. Just came in today so they can replace my muffler and replace my front headlight lens on my 2005 BMW 325i. I would recommend Bucio’s Auto Repair to everyone

These guys know what they are doing and do an awesome job at very affordable prices. They are very honest and will never overcharge you like other repair shops will. Shops like these are hard to come around so I always take my cars here for an oil change and any trouble I might have. Definitely 5++++++++ stars!

I have to say Bucio’s Auto repair have hands down saved our behinds. We own a company down the street and any time that we have a issue with our cars I am able to contact their shop and the fix the issue and charge a reasonable rate. I like the fact that they provide us with options when our cars need the repair before doing the repair and then trying to charge us like most of the other shops around us.
I would highly recommend them for service on any vehicle, very affordable and dependable. I had work done around many of the shops in Villa Park, Melrose, and Lombard and I have to say these guys are awesome!!!

As a fellow business owner I wish that your customers writing the fake reviews I read on your business knew the internet law. Internet defamation of charter, slander is ground for loss in revenue and I hope that they know that if they were not actually a customer they can get into a lot of heat and sued for that — wow Do your homework before you post things that are not true about a business you guys never received service on.

I needed a lot of front suspension repair work done which everywhere else I was quoted over 1K. I’m so glad I came here. Such exceptional service! Very friendly staff! Went above and beyond to help me out. Didn’t overcharge me like everywhere else. Very professional and honest. I will be coming back here from now on for all my repair needs and will be sending all my friends as well. Thank you so much Bucios Auto Repair!

The service is very bad, I went to fix my radiator, he only spent 10 minutes examining it and didn’t fix it, and charged my for the repair!

Just got done with the oil change and serpentine belt replacement (total $ 35). They also installed my windshield wipers, checked an engine light issue & fixed a noise issue with my heat/​AC fan motor (needed minor cleaning) complementary. Very satisfied with the work and the friendliness!
