Martin’s Big & Tall

I took my fiancé here for new clothes because of all the 5 stars and didn’t realize it was only 3 reviews (it’s probably the employees). We were followed around the store constantly and couldn’t enjoy shopping because the associate kept interrupting us with advice about jeans, um, it’s not that hard to buy Levis. The only courteous person was the older woman and a guy that told me how to make Oreo Balls. My fiancé spent a lot of money there today but that will be the first and only time.

So the husband is 6’5″ and in possession of a lot of body. It’s hard to find clothes for him, and if time is of the essence, I think we’d be in a lot of trouble if Martin’s wasn’t literally right around the corner from us.
They have everything — suits, casual clothing, socks, undercrackers, shoes, and pretty much anything else you can think of. It has saved the day on more than one occasion!
The service here is excellent. I like that whenever I come in, it’s always the same people working. Prices are high but the items are quality and sometimes they have really good sales. Today, I went in on a wild goose chase for a dress shirt and an extra long tie. I had the shirt and was contemplating a tie when the saleswoman working there found the perfect tie not only for the shirt but to go with the dress that I was wearing while the husband was wearing the shirt and tie. That makes sense, right?
Great neighborhood place — we will be back!

This store has been around for years and I LOVE IT! The people are helpful and always professional. Being married to a «big guy» means that the pool of shopping resources gets narrowed to 3 – 5 stores!!! I like Martin’s because they are a class act with good, quality products! I think their prices are very average and can often find a good deal! I hope they keep this place around forever… I can count on them!!! Thank.
