We use the most sophisticated equipment available and employ highly-​trained, certified personnel to manufacture hearing aids in all of our laboratories. Our hearing specialists and engineers are required to spend a minimum of 40 hours a year acquiring education on the use of the newest technologies.

History

Established in 1992.

I started Advanced Hearing in August of 1992 out of efficiency apartment with $ 500.00 that I borrowed from my grandmother (my bedroom pulled out of the wall). My first customers came from me cold calling people from the phone book. From very humble beginnings, we now serve 360 counties in five states. We have over 40,000 current customers and are adding 200 to 300 new customers every month. You see it was those «humble beginnings» that taught me the importance of taking care of my customers and always, always making decisions based upon what is the right thing to do. I have built this company around the concept of not excellent service, but «legendary» customer service. We offer a unprecedented 60 day trial.

My name is Robert Hutchcraft and I am the owner of Advanced Hearing Technologies and New Hope Center for Hearing. I would first like to thank you for the opportunity to earn your business. In the past years I have gotten to know each and every employee in my company, personally, and can say with total confidence, I do not think you can find a group of individuals more dedicated to their work or their customers. Our emphasis is on customer service, educating the customer to avoid traditional problems, and lastly offering our products at a price that the average person can afford. Next, a little about myself and the story behind Advanced Hearing Technologies hearing centers. We were in a recession in 1992 and I could not find employment. Being a fresh out of college graduate and recently married, the last thing I wanted to happen was my wife and I move into my parent’s home; I was very motivated, as one might imagine. I started Advanced Hearing in August 1992.
