Our crew of uniformed, experienced, licensed and insured guys can handle anything your backyard oasis throws at them from weekly pool and spa maintenance to liners/​covers and even complete reconstruction. We believe setting the standard in the contracting world by going above and beyond to build trust and relationships with our customers. After managing the service department of a local popular backyard recreation store, Brian decided it was time to serve his community better beginning them service they could count on with out costing them an arm and a leg. So his family’s company Raising the B.A.R. Pools and Spas was born with a mission to do just that, raise the bar and set new standards in the contracting world. B.A.R. stands for Brian, Amber, his wife and Riley, his daughter (we know you were wondering). After three years building a sound reputation in the pool and spa industry, Brian and Amber were presented with an opportunity to acquire Atlantic Pool Service of VA (APS). The acquisition took place Spring 2015, and Brian and Amber have been working hard to exceed the expectations of their customers promising to deliver quality, timely service with a smile!
