These guys came out and repaired my heating unit for $ 380. This was after another company said I needed a new system for $ 5500 and it couldn’t be repaired. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

If I could rate this company less, I would! I had been a customer for 7 years. Three years ago I had issue with them showing up for scheduled service times. They claimed that emergencies took priority. Understood, but after the third attempt by them to rescedule I threatened to drop them and they showed. Last year had an issue with the blower and the estimator tried to sell me an entire indoor and outdoor unit for $ 5800. Then the office person gave me a quote of $ 1300 to repair for a piece I could have bought myself for $ 500. Then they would not return the broken piece of my blower. Mr. Dunbar finally resolved that. This year they missed the Fall appointment for my bi-​annual service and I had to call them to set it up. For Spring they called and scheduled for service and then called to reschedule 20 minutes prior to the end of my timeslot. I rescheduled for the next morning and they did not show or call. I submitted to the BBB for a refund from them for failure to meet contract requirements. They claimed emergency services had a priority again when the outside temperature wasn’t over 75 degrees that week. Thier customer service is horrible, they are inconsiderate of thier customers time when they make appointments. Don’t believe thier A+ rating by the BBB! Save yourself the heartache and find another company that values thier loyal customers.

Called on a Friday afternoon for a maintenance checkup for my gas furnace, and I was scheduled in on the following Wednesday. I was called 20 minutes before he showed up & that time was right at the beginning of my allotted time!
The serviceman was professional, and seemed to do everything efficiently, quickly, and even gave us advice on how to keep parts clean. He was in & out in 20 minutes, and I think at least 7 of those minutes were him filling out paperwork in his truck & also explaining their annual service plan to me. I didn’t realize how simple a gas furnace checkup is since I’ve always had an oil furnace!
I would recommend this business, and I feel safe and confident calling them in the future if I have any problems. (I used a groupon too! I’m hoping they’ll do another groupon thing in the spring for my A/​C!)
