Absolutely dissatisfied. During the peak of summer this location was understaffed, causing a 20 minute wait in the drive-​thru for 2 items. (Only 1 employee) Customer service was lacking, speed of service non-​existent and quality of food suffered. Employee’s microphone was probably not working – could not hear/wasn’t aware if my order was heard or correct so I pulled up to the window and waited some time before the employee notified me of a large order she had. No problem. Shake was not blended, no spoon given for Bizzard. Will not be recommending or returning.
