My mom asked me to post this for her…
Only had a consultation with the nurse… never met the doctor at all. I was sold on the cool sculpting and actually purchased an entire session, which included three treatments. I paid in full for my services at my consult visit… almost $ 2000.00. (to get the deal) On the day of my first appointment I fell and broke my hip and had to have emergency surgery and months of rehabilitation. The office was called and my situation was explained. They were very understanding about my situation. As I am a 76 year old woman, my orthopedic doctor feels I would not be able to tolerate laying flat on a hard table for 4 hours is something I can do. When the office was called and asked to refund the monies paid, I was told I would have to wait until the office manager okayed the refund and that could take up to 30 days! I have been waiting patiently and still no call back. So, today I called the office and was put on hold for 23 minutes only to give my name and placed back on hold to find out where the refund is. Guess what… its being processed! I say NOT, since no one at the office called for my credit card number to refund the money… I say RIP OFF!!!

Dr McDonald is a very competent Dermatologist using the latest techniques. I am happy thus far with my treatment. I am giving 3 stars for the office staff and overall organization. I waited about an hour and a half to be seen past the appointment time.

This office is very easy to work with. Jenny is so sweet and is happy to talk with you about anything. Dr. McDaniel is very knowledgeable and seems very in tune with the latest trends and information.
Every time I do business with Dr. McDaniel’s office, it is always a pleasure!
