Hair Cuttery

When I arrived, checked in by Nicole (who offered poor customer service). While waiting, one of the stylist came over to checkin other customers and realized that Nicole never checked me in and had to re-​enter me into the system. After waiting for awhile, Nicole was the only hairdresser available. I am African American and it was obvious that Nicole did not want to do my hair. She waited until an African American stylist came in to service me and then Nicole became available for other customers. I personally think that if you are unable to service or cater to all customers you should not be allowed to work at a Hair cuttery. I’ve gone to hair cuttery sites throughout hampton roads area for years and have never experienced racism. I must say, I am so disappointed and offer my review to others so that they are prepared should they ever have dealings with Nicole at the Holland Road location in Virginia Beach, VA. to be honest, I would not want anyone like this ever doing my hair.
