Very nice person, but horrible, horrible real estate agent for renters. Would not confront landlord when obviously doing wrong to us (renters) due to years neglect of very expensive house in upscale neighborhood. Lied to us about requirement for carpet cleaning on lease termination, and witheld money from our deposit for the carpet cleaning she recommended we didn’t do, as well as for repairs to a neglected hot tub we never used.

The truth of the matter is… when I hired Jennifer Golden as my property manager, all my stresses disappeared. She is professional, ethical and down to earth. She is also a military spouse herself and understands how overwhelming a move to a new area can be. She gladly goes out of her way to help you in any way possible or points you in the right direction. As a property owner and a current renter, I have had more than my share of horrible property managers/​landlord experiences from both the owner and the tenant side. When I hired Jennifer, it was obvious that she is a property manager that not only cares about my property but my tenants as well. I feel more than confident and lucky to have found Jennifer as my agent. She’s a squared away, straight shooting, rock star realtor. She also rented my beautiful unit out in less than 10 days to great tenants. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
